Their gelato is good but their customer service is subpar! Rude workers. They charge you $3.50/scoop but give the smallest scoops that don’t even fill the scooper they use. When you ask for a little more ice cream to at least fill the scooper they’re going to give you the excuse that “this is a regular scoop” and “this is how the owner wants us to scoop”. Well they just lost 3 solid customers, and I used to go at least 3 time a week. 👍🏽

We hired Mauro as a vendor for our wedding, and cannot recommend him enough! He was very easy to work with, pricing was extremely reasonable, and he made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. The setup he brought was so cute, and the gelato was amazing - our guests could not stop raving about it! Highly recommend as a vendor for an event, or simply just for the delicious gelato!

Overpriced. $7.75 *before they ask for a tip* For a mediocre 2 scoop cone. The dark chocolate gelato was good, the chocolate chip is a joke

My favorite sweet treat in the city - warm concha ice cream sandwich with Mexican Vanilla ice cream. The concha was perfectly warm and soft, with a slight crustiness on the bottom half that was great. The ice cream was kind of custardy! It was giving cake batter flavor in the best way. I’ll be back.

This gelato spot is THE one to beat!!! Every time I have guests we will bring them there! I highly recommend the passion fruit, it is to die for! Tiramisu is sooo so good as well, honestly, all choices are EXCELLENT and so many other things for dessert as well!
They do have vegan options!

I may call this is sorbet shop. They have so many kind of sorbet along with gelato. Taste is really good. Not crazy sweet. Some special flavor for ice cream and sorbet like tamarind / papaya.
I got the 6 scoops in the box.
- Papaya: sound interesting to try but not good. Very bland. No has papaya favor at all. 1/5 - mix berry: sweet. Ok 4/5 - low calorie mango: good sweet. Good taste 5/5 - tamarind: good taste 5/5 - chocolate hazelnut: really good 5/5 - rum with raisin: the best!!! It’s very rare that they have it here. I always have this one with different brand name ice cream box. Glad that they make it. Very good flavor and not too sweet. 5/5

Service is ok. Very fast service. But all staff not so happy to help and seem very rush to take order . My first time being here. I need sometime to check out the menu also how to order.
Restroom available for customer and public. Sorry to say. So disgusting and uncomfortable. Understand that this is busy street and so many ppl come to use the restroom and hand around dine in area.
Street parking only. Peak hour may difficult to find parking spot. You can park on van ness ave and easy walk couple blocks to the shop.
Not expected much for dine in or group hang out as i feel unpleasant. Good for quick stop by to pick up and leave. But honestly ice cream and sorbet are really good. Worth a try. High recommend with rum raisin/ tamarind. Let see if next time come back, they have the dragon fruit again or new flavor like mango tajin ( my suggestion)
