expensive, not worth the price and food is just soso. Also insist sitting me in a corner next to the toilet while the other tables are wild open.

Had the mixto ceviche and seafood pot pie - ceviche was excellent but the pot pie was absolutely phenomenal. Service was pleasant although the decor was a bit lacking. If you're just there for the food, as I was, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered the Lomo Saltado during lunch at work for pick up and the owner had all our food ready in less than 15 minutes!
the beef was so tender, soft and perfectly marinated (umami, sweet, and salty) the fries that it came with was perfect addition to the plate.
Also got a chance to try their empanadas and it was so fluffy and crunchy at the same time, delicious and much different than others I have tried
Price: a bit on the expensive side

I came across a photo of the Arroz con Pollo online at La Fusion and I needed to eat it asap. The service was very friendly, the dining room was clean, and the dish did not disappoint! It was so delicious.

La Fusion Pot pie is a must try, I’ve had better ceviches but I liked the freshly toasted crackers on the side. Sangria is easy to drink.

I went specifically to La Fusion because of a recommendation from a colleague.
It is a small establishment, with the owner of the shop visibly in charge. From the outside, nothing specific distinguishes this restaurant from any other. The name, "La Fusion" does not suggest anything unique or provides any clue on the type of food to expect.
As an opener, I ordered a mushroom soup. It was delicious, creamy yet very mushroom forward, served hot, it was a perfect start to a simple lunch.
As a main I tried the shrimp ceviche. This was a symphony of taste. The shrimps were fresh, as were all the ingredients in this dish. The acid of the lime juice combined with the jalapeno and the cilantro made for a tasty combination of flavours with every bite.
I also ordered a coffee, which reminded me of the flavors I tasted in past Carribean trips.
The coffee served at La Fusion is not in the Starbucks hard-driving, hyper caffeinated style that I am used to.
It is a bit more simple. A bit less aggressively roasted, a bit more artisanal, served in a porcelain cup, like a warm hug after a simple meal, for a few minutes, I was on vacation, sipping my coffee by the beach.
The service was friendly, attentive and prompt.
If I had a single suggestion for La Fusion, it would be to find a name that would better represent the unique style and taste of the food they propose.
Either way, great food never goes out of style.
Keep doing what you do, La Fusion!

In SFO for a conference and decided to try something different for dinner. Started with the mushroom soup which was very good, shrimp ceviche which was amazing and finished with chocolate torta with espresso. Excellent service as well. Highly recommend.

We found this place while visiting from out of town and we're so glad to have found it. I haven't had great experiences with ceviche but the ceviche mixto was really good here. It was fresh and had a nice spicy kick to it. We ordered the aroz con pollo and the seafood pot pie. As others have mentioned the chicken skin was perfectly crispy. The seafood pie had a nice sauce and didn't disappoint either. A gem of a restaurant. Thank you for the service
