This person Francisco is really unprofessional. I have 4 different people with the exact same problem. He takes no responsibility for the missing boxes and gives excuses like is in the warehouse, he is in LA, is in Mexico and you have not paid. That is why we have not dropped off your box and you pay him and the box never shows up and he does not answer the phone. I am really considering contacting all of these people with the same problem and suing this guy for fraud.
