Chill spot. Sightglass coffee. Made a cortado with dense foam at a great temperature. Really great shop I’m so glad it’s here.

Small coffee corner tucked away in the bar. Always had great experience with their coffee, it’s fresh and never bitter. Highly recommend!

I got to the area early so figured I'd swing by and grab a cup of coffee while I waited for CULT nearby to open. I walked past Thee Parkside and then realized La Lucha is based out of the bar. You can order from the sidewalk but since I was killing time, I went inside to order. It's a small menu but all I needed was a horchata latte so that was fine with me. I got it iced and then enjoyed it out on the covered patio. There were some lovely looking pastries available as well but I was coming back for lunch so didn't partake. While Thee Parkside is cash only, La Lucha does take card. My coffee was great and I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

I had a Veggie burger at the Parkside and at $14.00 burger with or without cheese and fries or tater tots. All same place but all the employees look like bank robbers..Vegetarian options: My idea of vegetarian is that I will not eat eat anything that once had a thought. So I do eat eggs and cheese but no beef, pork, fish, mutton or veil.Parking: Plenty of parking along the side of the building and very close to bus stops on 16th Street.Wheelchair accessibility: Thee Parkside is ground level and fairly wheelchair friendly although the restrooms did not seem to be fully wheelchair friendly.

The barista says they are open until 3pm so the Yelp hours are wrong.Great unsweetened Oat Chai Latte but they have all the other basics as well (though I wish they had a cortado). It's inside the very dog friendly Parkside bar so a great option if one person wants to have alcohol and the other doesn't.They also have donuts on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

- they make their coffee out of sightglass roasts, really enjoyed the flat white i got- also tried this passion fruit chocolate donut which was soo fresh. the passion fruit glaze had the perfect balance of tartness & sweetness and the dough was fluffy & soft- they sell donuts from dynamo donuts every tuesday and thursday with a lot of unique flavors like pineapple basil and pumpkin nutmeg- the prices were also reasonable

Coffee and Pastries are Great. But, Seems that you get better service if you are a regular. Long wait if you don't know them.Nice to have a place around the corner, but Martha's still holds it down.

Been coming to La Lucha bar for 2 years now, they have a great Horchata Latte, it's my favorite, I like that they mix a bit of mocha at my request. It's an amazing place. I really recommend this place, staff is always friendly and serve excellent quality coffee. I will continue to provide business.

Little window serving solid coffee!La Lucha coffee bar is located in Thee Parkside and it opens earlier than the restaurant in the morning (still not really that early though). There are some small tables by the side. It's a nice spot to grab coffee for folks at the Jackson Park across the street so it can get busy during the weekend.

Love this place - finally, a really well made decent cup of coffee that doesn't cost $6. The baristas are super efficient and make your drink very quickly - and really well. The bar is a dive bar (so if that's not your vibe, don't let it put you off) but the coffee has nothing to do with that and is excellent. Happy to have this in the neighborhood

5/5 for their iced horchata latte. One of the best I have had. I wish they open a little earlier (currently opening at 11) so that I can pick up morning coffee from this place.
