This place is sooo good it was worth the drive!The place is super clean and fun!The burrito was 10/10, and it is huge. I totally understand why is this price!The guacamole was delicious!The cashier was a really nice guy, and he made sure everyone had their needs met and he didn’t stop one minute! Between cleaning, greeting and etc… he is awesome! You guys are luck to have him!We are definitely coming back!

Guacamole is $15. Burritos used to be reasonably priced, but they started cutting them in half and charging $22. That’s a shame because I used to really love coming here. Now it’s just not worth it.

Seeing how people are giving La Vaca 1-star based on solely on price without being honest and factoring into their rating the food taste and quality of service, I decided, despite not have ever visited this establishment yet, to mirror these raters dishonesty by giving La Vaca 5-stars. I will alter this when I do visit.Mad the price is too expensive? Knock off a star or two. Show some integrity.

So I loved the grilled cheese birria burrito. Two years ago it was $11. One year ago, it was $12. Today it is $22. The Chronicle wrote an article about the burrito in November. Coincidence?Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a damn good burrito, but for $24 after taxes, there are so many better food options in this city.

Food here is somewhat different than the average taqueria. Tortilla is fattier from the beef tallow, and the carne asada has a distinct smoky aroma. Tacos are also on homemade two-tone corn tortillas. The birria is a home run with great flavor and texture. Even the complimentary chips and salsa bar are very good and not just from a bag/can.Price matches the quality of the food. I think it’s worth it as it clearly distinguishes itself from other taco joints.

This is definitely authentic Mexican food that is halal! It’s a hole in the wall in the middle of a Mexican neighborhood in cali!We ordered the 3 birria plate, a steak burrito and some single tacos such as steak, ribeye, fish, birria, chorizo! Everyone was great!I highly recommend this place!❤️??

I liked my burrito quite a lot! It was savory and flavorful without getting too greasy. And it was pretty large. Free chips are included with three salsas, but they're much better on burritos than chips. I especially like the chipotle mayo, as the red and green salsas were vinegar-y. Prices are reasonable and I like the decor. I would gladly go again when Farolito is too busy.Parking: Parking isn't too bad around this part of 24th, just find the street sweeping restrictions!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or ramps, but no power door.

This place is hella good, I visit from Orange county and we have a bunch of Mexican food here which is really good but this one definitely tops my list that I want to come back to sf to eat this! And top of all this, this place is HALAL!!! We usually get a bunch of burrito for me and my family and we enjoy the birria meat the best!!! If you in SF this place a definitely stop by spot.

Restaurant is clean. I ordered mesquite-grilled lengua, Baja fish taco, and quesabirria. Blue corn tortillas for tacos are made to order. All were very delicious. A bit disappointed they ran out of duck carnitas. Will have to try next time. Removed a star because I had to keep asking and waiting over 10 minutes to get my beer when it was not busy. Otherwise, the food is solid and servers are kind.
