The barbecue chicken sandwich is great. Comes with cilantro, carrots, cucumber, pickled radish and chicken. All served on a soft , yet crunchy french roll. This place is not to be missed. Around 11 dollars for a good size sandwich. A deal, and a delicious lunch meal. A few stools to sit on in the windows, or take it to go.

Is it really 2.50 for a donut these days? Dang. It was good but inflation is crazy. I'll come back if I'm ever craving a donut again.

Was hungry and needed a quick bite. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and suggested bear claw. Delicious, must have before visiting Grant avenue

I went there and asked for a sandwich with egg and in the end they gave me one without. Obviously when I went to complain they told me that it was not what I asked for, and since it had already been paid they did not want to change it. Very bad service.
But the food is delicious!

TLDR: average food with above average price
I had the combo of pork banh mi with a viet iced coffee. The iced coffee was too sweet and the sandwich wasn’t very memorable. It wasn’t bad by any means but it didn’t stand out in any way. For the price around $15, I would rather get a poke bowl for the money I spent

$3.50 coffee. Can’t ask for more
Really tasty bahn mi, and the older man working there was very friendly and took everyone’s orders efficiently even though they were a little busy at lunchtime. The Vietnamese iced coffee and Thai tea were yummy too but I’ve had better.
