Hands down one of the best options in the area. The sandwiches are a reasonable price, and they're pretty yummy. I had the BBQ chicken and my wife had the teriyaki; we will be returning while we visit this week.

The food was good. There was an old man and young lady behind the counter. The old man took our order and was very sweet and polite, but the lady was very rude when I pointed out a mix-up in my order. (I wanted regular coffee and they misunderstood it as espresso) The food was good nonetheless but service could be better.

We got some banh mi at this location. Overall, great tasting Vietnamese Sandwiches. Service was quick. We went on Saturday. We got 6 sandwiches for the picnic we were. Great place to bring your family. If you great place for Vietnamese sandwiches you will like this area. Plus you are supporting at local businesses. Very cute shop. Stop bye and get a sandwiches.

Stopped by and ordered number 7, the combination banh mi. It was generously stuffed with both vegs and sliced meat and definitely "hit the spot." Customers coming and going every @10 mins.

Latte express is absolutely the worst. Cant believe its got 4 stars on Yelp and Google. 1. The BBQ chicken Banh Mi has RED DYE (aka chemicals) on the chicken. It was definitely NOT BBQ.2. The strawberry smoothie tasted like cotton candy mixed with chemicals. I poured it down the drain and did not see any fresh strawberries. 3. The FINAL STRAW- As I was picking through the sandwich and mostly eating the bread because the meat was so bad, I found a strand of black HAIR!!!!! I feel so disgusted! Horrible low quality food and drinks. Stay far, far away!

This tastes nothing like Vietnamese bbq beef banh mi I tasted before. I can't really tell if it's beef or pork, the texture and color of the meat doesn't look like beef or maybe it a different cut? (I am confused). There's actually bbq sauce in it which is weird. It's not like this before, why change it like that?

Worst food borne illness I have ever had, 8 hours after eating a Vegetarian bahn mi there this week. Disgusting. Avoid!

Great place for a quick bite! The #4 banh mi is yummy but I personally love the #7 pate with meats. I appreciate how they give a generous portion of jalapenos and the filling to bread ratio is great! There's limited indoor seating but I typically grab the sandwich and eat in surrounding outdoor public areas.

During my recent four day visit, I stopped in here 3 out of the 4 days. Awesome donuts, especially the maple old fashioned!! The Vietnamese Coffee (first time trying) was outstanding. The breakfast sandwiches are hand made from scratch and nothing is rushed.
