This café with indoor and outdoor seats is worth the short stroll from Haight. Great sandwich variety for $9.75. Flavorful coffee. Friendly service.

Staff is really sweet and I love the ambiance. It’s a cute little cafe!
Ordered an almond latte but it was undrinkable. My friend ordered a latte and there was definitely something off with the milk. Overall gross lattes.

Had 2 lattes, both burnt milk and tough to return back. Would not recommend for good coffee.
If you do just do iced or black

I work on the same block and often try to go well out of my way to avoid this place. This morning I only had a couple of minutes so I popped in for a black iced coffee. It was undrinkably bad. Literally could only take a sip, make a face and set it down. Perhaps they don’t clean their brewing pots regularly? Or let the beans mold? It was disgusting. Barista was nice, I still tipped via Venmo, but I won’t keep putting myself through that. Ugh!
Really good bacon egg and cheese
Best bagel sandwich in the city - specifically the egg, cheddar, & spinach on asiago. Service is friendly and prompt, atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Favorite quick brekkie spot!

I am a brown presenting person and I came here with my friend (who is white) and the person working was insinuating that I didn't pay for my food and drink. however, with my friend, the person didn't ask for any confirmation whatsoever. extremely unwelcoming toward people of color.

Restaurantji Recommends
Had a turkey bacon club sandwich and it was delicious. Only bummer is it’s cash/venmo/Zelle only.
I love the egg cheese ham bagel here, also turkey swiss sandwich so nice!
Strongly recommend the avocado smoothie.
Lovely casual spot for coffee and food, $12 for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, this is rare in SF! Good selection of black coffee roasts.
Hesds up only takes cash, zelle, or venmo.
Would probably come here more if they took card
Did not take my payment method of choice.
