great atmosphere, super friendly staff. The food is decent. But not the greatest koobide it’s not professionally hand crafted as it should. It tastes pretty good tho. The 3 star is because of the price to portion ratio. the portion size compared to price is not great value. but 16 bucks for tahdig is just ridiculous.
The food was just okay—too dry for my taste. The atmosphere is cute, but the experience felt overly fancy without basic things like salt, pepper, or even offering a spoon. I won’t be returning, especially since there are other Persian restaurants in San Francisco with better food and bigger portions.
I like their chicken kababs and Zereshk polo a lot: it’s really something special you want to go there again and again. There’s a beautiful flowers shop outside of the restaurant
