I ordered delivery via Toast(app). Usually they are very good today their * General Tao Chicken was very salty * Hot and Sour Soup was odd, just took a sip and dumped * XO Fried Rice (beef and shrimp) was tasty and good Lazy Susan has a good loyalty program where I earned about $10, which covers the delivery that took about 50 minutes (1h 15m from order). ( DoorDash delivers for Toast and has sometimes given my order to the homeless people in the bus stop (happened twice). DoorDash never reimburses me I just order the same thing again, because it's not Lazy Susan's fault and I am still hungry and someone got to eat, Not that I'm a Billion Dollar company feeding the poor with the poor's money. Door Dash I try not to order from them, but they seem to be winning more and more restaurants with that type of service under other names. (no pictures) I'd order again from Lazy Susan, having to call them many times they seem to be nice people and good food. I'll post again when they get back to normal. Eat San Francisco d.

I was excited when Lazy Susan finally offered a tofu version of the Chinese Chicken Salad but the excitement wasn't supported by the results. The salad has everything it should have but there's no flavor alchemy and amounts to a bunch of crunchy dissatisfying bites. Sadly I have to take another star away because when we ordered it to go, it was packaged in six (literally six) different containers. Maybe indicative of how poorly the ingredients work together.

My meal was so bad, that I couldn't just review via DoorDash- I brought my words here. I will try to be nice when I give my honest opinion, but please think twice before ordering from here. This is NOT a traditionally flavored Chinese food restaurant. I am a San Francisco native, I knowwwwwwwww good Chinese food. Why did the regular crab rangoons have a lemon flavor? The orange chicken was no chicken, all air + breading. The wonton soup.....this is a household staple for me, so just know that I was super upset at the lack of flavor served in that container. The chow mein was decent. Something in the Mongolian beef tasted frozen/rush thawed. I just- I give my review as feedback only, no negativity. But you all have got to get back in that kitchen and change a few things because tonight's dinner was not it ‍

Honestly, it might not be the most "authentic" place. But as someone that grew up on a lot of "Americanized Chinese" food, this place scratches a very specific itch that most of less Americanized places don't really scratch. I've been in a couple of times both eating in and take out and while a little bit more pricy then the steam table food of my childhood always is delicious and very fresh (they make everything fresh and don't have a steam table) and portion sizes are definitely on the generous side. The service has been very pleasant and fast when eating in and it's very clean and has a great vibe inside. I guess the only downside is that the parking situation kinda sucks but it's also at west portal so transit has a ton of connections.

I consider myself a mapo tofu connoisseur and this is the best mapo tofu I've ever had. I've eaten this dish at probably 50 restaurants or more as it's often the tastiest vegetarian option. Almost always in the US you find it without pig meat making it vegetarian, and this is the first time I've ever seen it with a vegan meat substitute. It is phenomenal! I think the price point is a bit high for the casual interior but overall I am impressed and will return.

The food here is extremely good. So far I only tried a few dishes but I highly recommend the sesame chicken and orange chicken. Mongolian beef is a bit lack luster and mostly just onions and the sweet and sour soup is a bit weird from what you might expect but still decent. I hope to try more of their offerings in the future. They usually operate as a take out place so there's only 3 tables but I noticed the portions are bigger for dine in.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian optionsWheelchair accessibility: Can clearly fit a wheel chair in here has a lot of open space

This place is the best. People who don’t like it do not know what they are talking about. Have been regulars and probably order this once a week and ALWAYS hits the spot. Sad they moved from Hayes valley to west portal but we’ve remained big fans

I can’t believe I have never been here to eat in my whole 22 years of life. I stumbled across this place not expecting much. To my surprise, not only was the food amazing, the customer service was great. My cashier, May, was so kind and answered all my questions about the menu. Having called ahead for my order, she was very patient with me and I did not feel rushed at all.

Lazy Susan is a unique take on quintessential Chinese food. The chow mein had a nice spice profile I've never had before and the chicken was wonderfully crispy. The place is also a nice mix of casual and nice. You just order at the counter and easily get take out or you can sit in their nice seating area with lazy susans of course. This is probably the most expensive Chinese place I've ever been to though and the food though good will certainly not blow you away.

We've ordered delivery from here a couple of times & it wasn't outstanding but was good enough. Tonight however will be the last, it was terrible. We ordered sesame chicken, rice, vegetable Chow Mein & pot stickers. Everything was disappointing- flavor was lacking on all fronts. Vege Chow Mein contained only cabbage & onion - no broccoli, carrot, mushroom, etc). Rice was not cooked all way so texture was off. Sesame chicken had a bit more flavor but the pork potstickers were so bland, just no flavor. This was a waste of money and a meal unfortunately.

I work in the neighborhood and decided to try something new after work, and after passing by many times finally decided to give here a try. Service was incredibly quick and the staff were kind, especially the girl who took my order. The food portions are plentiful and tasty as well.
