The area is convenient as it is inside the zoo. The venue sells very basic food at insane prices… $17 for an admittedly handmade flatbread pizza that tasted like something I purchased for $4 from the frozen section of my local grocer. If you're visiting the San Francisco zoo and planning to have something to eat: either dine in or takeaway, I suppose you wouldn't have much of a choice in terms of eateries. This cafe is pretty much it and you'll have to make do with whatever is available here.
