The ice cream here is great! I like how they have many different flavors from different cultures, like the tres leches (very delicious!). The small size was plenty for me, and I didn’t need any toppings (though they are included). I definitely plan to come back and try some more flavors soon!

There is a woman named Kären who works here, she helped me choose the BEST ice cream flavor, funky monkey! Would go here again, customer service is AMAZING. There was a little boy who was playing fortnite and I LOVE fortnite. Give the blonde elsa girl a raise!!!!

ice cream was hard, don’t even care about dietary restrictions and allergies, slow service, rude employees, could go on

Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions are not adequately addressed at this establishment. As a celiac, I was excited about the option to specify my allergies, expecting that I could safely order. However, despite writing multiple times that I cannot have gluten, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff used the same dirty gloves that had been used for the previous customer, which were covered in Oreo crumbs, and then added a pretzel to my order, despite my explicit request not to.

The staff member saw my requests multiple times but still proceeded to add the pretzel. When I politely asked if the pretzel contained gluten, she responded dismissively with, “…yes..?” (Yes I told her I wrote I can’t have wheat and she just said ok…) This kind of negligence is dangerous for individuals with severe allergies. I ended up giving the order to a friend and ultimately threw it away. They should not offer options for dietary restrictions if they don't intend to take them seriously. This experience was not only disappointing but also potentially hazardous.

Super cute rolled ice cream place! Warm reception and service. Cool to see how they roll the ice cream into the cup and very aesthetic!

Interesting presentation of ice cream, rolled, but still same taste!
There are no chairs or tables to be able to enjoy the treat since it is served in a cup with the teaspoon.

This is a novelty ice cream stand with an Asian origin. They use a cold freezer surface plate, pour a liquid base on, then mix in ingredients then scrape the frozen confection in a mini roll and put on toppings. The flavor selection is broad as is the topping options. I would benefit from an actual ingredients list as sometimes novelty foods have more artificial ingredients than I care for?

Love this place but we walked in and the employees had noise canceling headphones on. Nothing says don’t bother me more than that.I saw a sign that said order here for a screen in the corner, that I figured we order from. There was no communication with the employees at all. Over the weekend someone was working the counter. Customer service is lacking.

I think customer service has gone out the door in most places. I won't say all, but most businesses think just because they have a product that they're entitled to your hard earned money, and this is one of them. I'm not sure who's working the counter, but it seems there's a bunch of kids with no skills what so ever. I hope this isn't a family run business because you won't last long (went to Boba Guys today and the line was out the door). There's such thing as a greeting your customers, marketing the product etc,I could go on and on. We live close, so my family and I try to patronize neighborhood businesses , but I think it's time to go where we're welcomed and oh, let me add, where they don't actually run out of Boba after they make your drink and notify you of it. Gave there tries at this place, and it hasn't gotten better. I hate to be the one to write such a review, I just couldn't help it this time.

Average tasting ice cream; I get the novelty of having it made in front of you, but this takes WAY too long. Smitten does this in 90 sec and w/o all the manual labor; it’s like a super-slow Cold Stone in there.

It was only good for the experience of seeing the ice cream being made. Otherwise, very overpriced for middling taste and very poor service.

Finally tried this place in the Inner Sunset District, got me the 3x berries with captain crunch, raspberry syrup, & fruity pebbles, the only thing i didn't like was the long wait to be precise 30 mins! i'm glad they finally opened one of these in SF, the price is a bit pricey but once in a while it doesn't hurt to try this place out.Update: they have now moved to Clement & 25th Ave. plus you can get all the toppings you want for free! Plus you’ll be greeted by the owners son outside, he’s the one who is telling people to try it out lol. Was sad when they closed this place in the Sunset but glad they re-located & closer to my house now!

Fresh, not too sweet flavors but also fun toppings if you want to turn up the sweet notch! Friendly faces! Thanks for opening a shop in the neighborhood.
