We enjoyed the pan seared salmon and the ribeye steak. Both were cooked perfectly and were very tasty. We also enjoyed a few drinks before dinner which were very good as well. We had a lovely experience and really enjoyed the food.

Celebrated my birthday dinner at Level III. Our waiter was very attentive and sweet. We shared the crab cakes, a Caesar salad and the spaghetti with shrimp. Everything was delicious!

Really nice restaurant. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and had dinner and it was amazing service and food every time. I didn’t stay at the hotel this time but, came to the restaurant for a birthday dinner and as always service and food was amazing. They have many gluten free options and will work with you to make other options gluten free. The chef also gave our whole table of 6 people a complimentary dessert cheesecake that he made specially gluten free. I would definitely recommend this place and come back!! Thank you so much for the great food and service, it’s hard to find good gluten free food and places that will accommodate my allergy so I greatly appreciate it!

Made reservations for what we hoped would be a nice after-church Christmas breakfast, only to be seated minutes after breakfast service ended. 🥴 Lunch menu was ok, however with the limited number of guests, you would have thought that the kitchen could have made some adjustments. Lesson learned.

Restaurant is on the 3rd floor spread out in a lobby setting. Lots of seating and a bar and nicely decorated for the holidays. The service was verrrry slow. Order 2 drinks at once. The food was tasty, fries are excellent. We are here ahead of a theater show.

A great location to meet friends for breakfast! We had a small, more private area as a party of 8. We were able to enjoy each other's company and spend time with each other before traveling home. Food was excellent, service was outstanding.
Delicious food and great service. Well worth trying them out at the beautiful JW Marriott.

Very Rude Asian woman, our waiter was rude when we asked about menu items we asked about the JW Burger, and she rudely said ITS JUST A BURGER.. in a disrespectful tone, she quickly noticed we were shocked in her response and by the end when we went to pay she insisted we tip he 25% for her bitter attitude Hell No i wasn't going to tip but since she made a very mild effort to assit at most we have was $5, she also quickly tired to make it up with better service. The food was good a bit expensive but tasty non the less

Had a reservation, but when I showed up with my wife they seemed surprised and very disorganized. They did not have a table ready for us and we said at the bar until hopefully something opened up. Witnessing further disorganization amongst the staff, let us to believe that this would not be a good experience for dinner. So we left after about 20 minutes of waiting and had dinner elsewhere. Not recommended. Prices seemed extremely high as well for such low level of service.
