The best characteristic of this restaurant perched on floor number three (hello, level iii) is great service. Michelle has been consistently been providing exceptional service for - soon to be 25 years - and though I haven’t been eating at level iii for nearly as long as that, she is as friendly and polite anyone get and for that I give the service she offered a 5/5.Now - the food, is hearty tasty but once (or twice) removed from delightful. I wish the restaurant changed the dinner menu more often than the Olympics change hosting countries. Highlights: triple chocolate mousse and fish. Lowlights: low sodium supply and fruit-combo passed for garnish

Recognizing exceptional service by AJ! It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone with a sense of intent, urgency and care! He demonstrated excellence with his service and elevated this beautiful establishment! He really elevates this establishment. Please consider giving him a raise and a big promotion ??

On the Third level of the JW Marriottis an unassuming restaurant that is above the hotel dining average. Grabbed a sandwich and salad by recommendation and was impressed by both.

Foods are good taste and large portion. NY steak was about 1LBS size, good cooked, juicy and tasty. Salmon was good and crab cakes (two pieces) was good too. Not busy restaurants, located third floor of hotel, dedicated for hotel guests mainly.

The food was good and tasty, the service is impeccable, and the decor + location is on brand with any JW property. I'd highly recommend trying to sit by the window to enjoy the views of San Francisco's city. The interior of the restaurant is modern, clean, and very comfortable to have a few drinks with light bites. The foot traffic was not atrociously busy, the ambiance gave a very business casual, lowkey chill, and conversation-friendly.

This hotel restaurant falls in the bucket of not great but also not bad restaurant. We went on a Sunday night so the place was pretty empty. Our server was personal yet professional, not too chatty. The food was good and portions were generous. We had two appetizers, 3 cocktails, 1 soda and 2 entrees. Total bill $196 with tips, not bad! Overall, for the convenience of getting a table with no fuss, good food and good atmosphere, I say this restaurant is worth a one time try.

Always a great experience at Level III. Lunch time always seems to the busiest time and there are still some staffing issues but totally understandable. Overall great team and good food for the price.

The menu was much smaller than what they have on their website so there were only a few options to choose from. Only one option was vegetarian. Each meal was over thirty dollars which seems high for a fairly standard salmon or chicken dish. The staff was very friendly and prompt.

We had the best server named Tan. She was so lovely to deal with. All the staff was great but we enjoyed our enter actions with Tan. The food was great and make sure you are hungry because you receive lots.

(Translated by Google) Very friendly and reasonably priced!I think it's really good value for money for a hotel, and I packed it up and ate it, and the fruit was fresh and good????(Original)굉장히 친절하고 가격도 저렴해요!호텔치고 정말 가성비는 좋다고 생각하며 저는 투고로 포장해서 먹었는데 과일도 신선하고 좋았어요????

They are clearly understaffed so orders take a while and water refllls. etc must be asked for.Food was good but not exceptional. Modern minimalist decor is pleasant ad unless there is a nosiy crowd at bar noise level in restaurant was fine.

Menu was limited. Restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Restaurant is next to hotel check in but the soup of the day was fabulous. Steak and fries great. The panna cotta was fabulous
