I had high expectations for this place given the high rating, but I was disappointed by my experience. The base price of the drinks seems reasonable starting at around $5, but once you add any customizations, it quickly increases in price. For 1 large fruit tea with boba and a little less sugar, it cost me $11 after tax and tip. That's way too much. I went through with my order since I was already there and had wanted to try Lilikoi for a long time but just hadn't gotten around to it. However, I wished I hadn't as soon as I tasted my drink. It was watered down and barely had any passion fruit flavour. I've gotten way better tea for much less at other places. It's so unfortunate about the quality of the overpriced drink because this place is otherwise very cute and welcoming. It just didn't deliver.

My bottle bursted open after shaking it to mix all the flavors in. I was left with barely any Boba and a 8 dollar dent in my wallet. Which is extremely expensive for Boba. Also it tasted horrible, we’re talking, way to sweat even though I got the 25% sugar. Also, the remaining “Tapioca Pearls” that they said they were, were 100% not tapioca pearls. The pearls tasted extremely awful, kind of like raisins. Would definitely not recommend. Worst boba place ever. I recommend Mr. and Mrs. Teahouse on Clement St.

Drinks were average but decor was instagram worthy. They sold macarons (average) and mochi donuts (good).

The worst poke bowl I have had in the Bay Area. $18 before tax and fees gets you a "large" that would be a small or kids size anywhere else, plus EVERY SINGLE side and garnish costs extra. Don't be fooled by the product pictures, unless you pay for extras, all you get is fish and rice with their overpowering sauce that tastes like a bad version of the salad dressing from Japanese restaurants. The black tea boba was okay - neither particularly bad nor noteworthy.

Lilikoi has some of the best boba in town. Their boba is really soft just the way I like it! They also serve food, but I usually only get the regular boba milk tea. They also serve poke bowls though! I really like the fact that they have sizes for the poke (rice, choice of poke, with multiple toppings). I got the smaller size for only $8 because I wasn't hungry, and it was the perfect size without costing a ton. The inside doesn't have much seating and is pretty quiet, so I always take mine to go, but there is also a small parklette area outside with some seating which is nice. Serve is easy as you can order off the iPad, but there is usually only one worker though so could be slow if it's busy. He is always friendly though. Love that I live nearby so I can always get my boba fix!

Easily the most I have ever spent on a single drink, but pretty worth it. Was a lil off-put by the person working who was inattentive at best, but the interior was cute and drinks were as good as I remember from Second Sky fest.Soft boba, lots of non-dairy options, and delightful flavour selection ranging from fruit teas to creamy drinks.

Leo made my day! Fav drink on a sunny Saturday is a must. If you are thinking whether or not you should get it, YES YOU MUST DEFINITELY GET ON

Boba on tap, felt like a pretty cool concept! However, sadly, I was kinda disappointment. This felt like a kind of overhyped Marina spot and there's definitely better boba in the city. I would give it another shot but wouldn't go out of my way to come here again.

Delicious! Interesting combinations of flavors that really work! And we were happy to find a boba shop open so late- we didn't believe it was actually still open until we got there.

I have been here a couple of times before for the bubble tea, at $7 for a featured tea, it was good, but too pricey for me to frequent.Decided to check out their poké bowl today as I saw it on their Google Maps menu, and at $8 sounded like a good lunch… but it’s $8 for barely 12 oz (measured the cup). It’s more like “poké cup” than poké bowl.I understand that it’s up to a business to set their own prices, and they can set what they want—but my issue with this is that the pictures posted outside and featured on the self-service menu when ordering are not accurate in terms of how much food they feature; their advertised pictures display a full bowl of food—so you may be expecting a little less for $8, but not for it to be *that* small! The poké cup was good, but with a few flaws: the seaweed “topping” was just… a folded sheet of seaweed (not even cut up), and I also found a hair embedded inbetween rice grains. It is unfortunate, because Lilikoi’s drinks and their food are good—but this place only stands out for being overpriced. (No complaints about staff).I would like to give this place more of my business, but the competition around here is simply too stiff, with boba and poké available on nearby Chestnut St for much fairer prices. My review stands at an average 3 stars, to balance the positive with negative and give constructive criticism.
