One of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at! Everything was perfectL. It was a little loud, but that’s OK. We just huddled closer.
We were there for the first annual memorial of a dear friend who passed from cancer. She wasn’t 50 years old yet. Ordered all of the food family style. It was almost all seafood and exquisite. There was lots of different types of shrimp, ceviche, squid, lobster. He ordered octopus which totally grossed me out because octopus are smarter than we are. 😳 But everything
Else was SUPERB!!

Great chicken and lomo saltado. Only slightly weird aspect was that the food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Clearly made in advance. Then the whole time the servers would constantly check in, which is nice, but made the experience feel very rushed, like we were being pushed out, despite only being there for less than an hour.

I went out with my friends to celebrate my birthday. The food was good, but the service was really bad and rude. The woman who was taking our order was not nice. I wanted to have a special moment with my friends, but I couldn’t enjoy it. They really need to improve their service.

The food was very salty overall and okay at best. The roasted chicken was the best part of the meal-- tender and flavorful. Ceviche and cauliflower were also pretty good. However, the beef in the saltado was sparse and tough, and the pork belly in the chaufa was also tough and overcooked. Service was inattentive--e.g.had to ask for or get our own utensils after plates were cleared for next course and service was slow even though the place was not crowded.

Five star for the food and the ambience! Only downside is the location :(
One of our favorite places to eat when we visit San Francisco!
The menu is missing lots of Peruvian food and has lots of dishes that aren’t very Peruvian. The chicken was somewhat bland and the ceviche was served by the tablespoon. Disappointed by what is usually a solid choice for Peruvian
A little bit overpriced imo
