Good fresh Israeli street that happens to be kosher. The owner came by several times to chat that everything was going well and gave out a few samples while we waited.

Such good food! I’ve only had their shawarma pita until today when I finally tried their schnitzel pita and WOW, I’m not sure which one I like better now. I have to agree with all the other reviews on here raving about them - phenomenal.

This place used to be great. I believe there is a new owner as the quality of the food decreased greatly and they now charge an 18 percent gratuity on all purchases which I find disturbing for take out. Bottom line this was once a gem now it's just an old rock on it's way to being just another overpriced bad restaurant in SF.

The food here was pretty good and we all were quite satisfied with our meals. I can't say too much about the menu options because there was a limited menu being served during the holiday. I'd definitely like to come back and try some items off the full menu!Seating is a bit sparse here, so you might consider taking out. There is outdoor seating but the neighborhood around the restaurant is a bit shabby and I wouldn't really want to eat outside.

Yum! The shawarma and falafel were honestly so good that we didn't even get a chance to snap a pic. The fries have a nice crunch to 'em. Also, kid friendly! They were able to offer us an off the menu option for our kids, which was much appreciated. Happy we got to stop by here on our way.

Small but incredible place. We ordered falafel ($13), shawarma ($16) pita bread and hummus. All were so flavorful and balanced, and all ready in like 3 min! Falafels were extremely fresh, crispy outside, and fluffy inside. Hummus was so creamy and delicious. I will never buy grocery store hummus and pita bread now that I lived close by.

Hands down the best hummus and shawarma in town (and I've been around). This is a family run business with only the most authentic and fresh ingredients- pillowy pita, savory amba and refreshing limonnana. A taste of Tel Aviv in the heart of SF.I took the chef/ owner's recommendation to eat in, and I would suggest it to others.

I love places that have a small and focused menu. Everything here we had was fresh and delicious. The Falafel reminded me of Hush Puppies, and gluten free :). The shawarma was amazing, and dairy free (has fried chicken, but no dairy. The 3 of us loved it and will be back.

Stopped by here for lunch after dropping my car off at an auto repair place nearby. There’s a few tables inside and a parklet as well. The chicken shawarma plate is really hearty and probably can serve 2. Hummus was delicious as well.I tried falafel for the first time here and it is incredibly well seasoned and flavorful.

I found this place from Google Maps and stopped by for lunch with my husband. The food was good as all other reviews said and we really enjoyed our shawarma! If you like spicy, ask for the spicy sauce it was good and go with shawarma really well. The falafel was so good too! Jucy inside!I will try another dish next time and definitely visit again.

I was visiting from New York for passover and stopped at Limonana right before the holiday. The falafel and shawarma was so fresh and tasty! The service was so welcoming and quick! The owner, Avi, was so nice he even offered us a free t-shirt! I still wear it to this day because it brings back a great memory of such a nice restaurant.

Went with colleagues for a quick lunch break and we got a variety of plates and hummus bowls. Everything was fantastic! Really loved their falafel and their pita and hummus is outstanding. My coworkers loved the schnitzel and shawarma!

So fresh and so fantastic! Every time! I eat here at least once a week, and every time it is always so fresh, tasty and a perfect taste of Israel. Highly recommend the shawarma and the beef kibbe!

Delightful owner who’s kind and empathetic, with food that’s even better than the way he treats his customers. Definitely the best falafel I’ve had in a while. Would highly recommend the lemonade drink.

Best Shawarma in San Francisco! This place is small but has quality food and authenticity. Place is well maintained and the service is fast and personal. The Falafel and Chummus are amazing as well. Ask for the signature beverage, Limonana , which is a lemonade with a mint twist. Bathrooms are clean and ADA accessible. Under the Vaad of Northen California Kosher certification. Had a very good experience here and will be back at the first opportunity.
