This is not my first time going to this coffee shop — their coffee is excellent. However, I met my girlfriend this morning for coffee and had a very unpleasant experience.
I ordered a simple Americano, asked for some oat milk, and waited and waited and waited. When my coffee was finally ready, I picked up the cup and it was lukewarm, so I asked the barista to steam the Americano. She said sure and, with a snooty attitude, told me to ask for a Cortado next time so she could charge me more. I asked what the difference was, and while she explained, she proceeded to pour a tiny bit of steamed oat milk on top. My coffee continued to be lukewarm, and for $6.75 — by the way, why is an Americano $6.75? For that price, I could have gone anywhere for a cup of coffee without the snooty attitude.

I'm good, there are dozens of amazing coffee spots in San Francisco that I rather support.

Had a cappuccino. Not the worst but very milky and after a few sips, it was just not good. Couldn’t taste the bean.

👎🏼Discrimination!! 👎🏼Rude service!!👎🏼Absolutely pricy!! There were reviews about how bad of the service, I was doubted it but still gave it a try. I couldn’t believe what I saw, they had an attitude for the people not white, while they were being nice to the white customers. The server (lady) was so rude!!!! She was very impatience and not willing to provide a service. Not sure she was the owner or employee only. Why they allowed her to treat the customer like that. The coffee might be good, however, when we paid $9 dollars for one small coffee, we expected more not discrimination! Definitely will not come back.

I'm happy to pay more for excellent coffee but my cortado cost $7.75 and was merely fine, maybe even a little weak. I'm sorry to say you can get better coffee for 2/3 the price

Consistently good. The coffee snobs in my life like it, visitors can get a chance to see an SF latte price 😉 there is no indoor seating, the outdoor seating only has sun in the summer.

Yummy coffee. I liked the shaken espresso latte and vegan donuts!

I want to leave an excellent review for Mimi! She was so nice. You know when you get somewhere—especially a coffee shop at 7 am—and you're just waking up, you're low energy, and you look drowsy? Well, she just welcomes you with open arms. The conversation was super nice and she's so upbeat and just genuine and nice; it really sets up your whole day for something great. Thank you, Mimi! Oh yeah, and the coffee is amazing!

Great spot. Ordered an oat cap and ginger pull apart which were both delicious and well balanced. There isn’t any inside seating but they do have a wooden deck to sit outside along the road if weather is good

Randomly closes early. Unreliable business hours

Response to owner: your closer was still there when I arrived. He wouldn’t let me buy beans- I didn’t even need brewed coffee. I had a flight the next day and had to spend hours roasting my own that night as a result. I’ve been a consistent customer of yours for years but this isn’t the first time. I can’t drive across town for, or even recommend, a coffee shop that closes randomly. I don’t need free stuff, just a reliable coffee shop. Linea isn’t that.

don’t understand the hype for this place, terrible coffee especially for the price. $15 for two cortados (?!?!), sorry but i’m not tipping on that, and then felt like we got bad coffees because of it!
