Best oysters I’ve had since ones at a Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen. Their homemade Serrano garlic hot sauce makes me never want any others on an oyster. The hot oyster selections were an equally as great choice, with the miso bone marrow reigning on top, but this place got my pescatarian girlfriend to try the Panchetta leaning hot oyster choice. The char the cauliflower makes me feel insecure in my own veggie or even meat searing abilities as they’ve achieved a perfect char. The halibut crudo was delicious but I do feel it lacked a bit of acid or citrus to really elevate it to what I expected. On top of the food the drinks were phenomenal, the white wine spritz tasted like the worlds best vanilla sprite or a creamsicle drink better than anything you could imagine, shoutout to our waiter for recommending The yuzu lavender drink was also an all star and was refreshing while sweet and danced over own tongues. The orange wine was also stunning an entry level close to a resiling that taught me orange wine is worth a shot.

I was so excited to try this place, but sadly, it was not a good experience. My salad was about $20 and I was still hungry after. Also, I was eating a late lunch alone (empty restaurant), and 20% was automatically added as a tip to my bill? The service was not great. Not impressed.

Great food—especially the garlic butter baked oysters. Atmosphere felt more casual, maybe like a lunch spot vs a date spot.

Would definitely recommend. Highlights were Miso Bone Marrow Oysters, Caesar salad and the special of the day. The Caesar salad had a unique flavour profile with a touch of seaweed and crunch. Hot lobster roll (not pictured) was good but a bit too buttery for my personal taste. Service was attentive and the restaurant was a pleasant open space with high ceilings. Good romantic dinner spot or in our case, double date.

Great spot for fresh seafood and delicious bites. They don't serve hard liquor but great selection of bubbly, red/white wines and beers/spritzes. The service is fast and friendly and the food is delicious. Just a really solid spot - highly recommend this place over Woodhouse Fish Co. if you're in the area as the restaurants are quite close to each other but Little Shucker is much better. Plenty of street parking and it's pretty easy to get a reservation, but a reservation isn't needed during the week. Recommended for the weekend though.

The service was outstanding but I felt the prices were high considering the portions and quality. I want to start by saying that I absolutely loved the staff. They were super friendly and joking with us and giving awesome recommendations. They really contributed to the experience and we had a great time chatting and sipping wine. However, I was not super impressed by the food considering the prices. Prices are a little steep considering the food is not out of this world. The crab roll was great but I wish it had a bit more flavor to it. The bread roll itself was so buttery delicious though and I would come back just to eat them. The restaurant itself is very modern with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I also loved the area around the restaurant - lots of cute stores and shopping opportunities.

So glad I finally stopped by! We dined inside and the lighting was gorgeous. Highly recommend the Sancerre for my white wine lovers. Started off with the raw oysters which were so yummy, clean & no sand grains. Then had the baked oysters, highly recommend getting both the garlic butter and miso bone marrow. Ended with the crab roll since they didn't have lobster, pricey but still delicious. Staff was attentive and took care of us well during lunch.

We went to Little shucker on Thursday night, with a group of 4 ordered a couple bottles of wine, oysters, halibut Crudo, and a few other items.Oysters: go to ANY restaurant in fisherman’s wharf and you will find a better atmosphere, higher quality oysters and for a fraction if the price. They had a couple baked oyster options that were very unique (e.g bone marrow and miso, Rockefeller and another that escapes me). The oysters rockefeller were great! The other two were not at all, just a bunch of culinary buzzwords thrown on a page to entice us.There were a couple dishes that were decent, the halibut crudo was not very good (not sure what the other reviews on this are all about - maybe we got a bad batch). All in all a very underwhelming experience. From atmosphere to quality to pricing, you would be better off going to one of the MANY very good seafood focused restaurants around the city. Unfortunate, I was so excited to have a new spot in the neighborhood!

It's ok, but nothing special. We had the trout salad, a cioppino, and the branzino. The branzino was too salty, and the accompanying sauce was a mismatch, and way too salty. The Cioppino was average; you can get better versions at the California Fish Market Restaurant or Sotto Mare. It is an aspirational restaurant that falls a little short, and it is somewhat overpriced. A salad and two main dishes for a total of $160.

Very friendly and professional service. Very small portions - halibut crudo is just four transparent slivers of fish and a few marigolds petals, no less, no more. Roasted nori cauliflower is literally two tablespoons of cauliflower florets. The wines are good; the waitstaff is very professional; the decor is clean, minimalistic and pure - not quite the atmosphere you expect at an oyster place. The location is magnifique - mid Fillmore, what can be better? And did I say that the waiter we had was one of the most professional, elegant, warm, welcoming and helpful gents I have ever encountered in the profession?

Popped in here for the first time tonight, and I was very pleased. The service was great, and the menu is small but mighty. Even a standard like the Caesar salad was distinctive and unusually good. The house hot sauce is also a winner. If you're hungry and need to fill yourself up, this is not an economical place to do so (!), but for fancy casual food I was very pleased.

Made an impromptu visit during HH. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately at 4:30pm on a Tuesday evening. Everyone had oysters and a glass of wine on their table so we already knew.. It's party time. -Half dozen of Kusshi & half dozen of Miyagi: These oysters were small yet sweet. -Chips & Dip w/ Caviar: The sour cream and chives had a nice fluff to it, paired well with the chips. -Glass of White from the HH menu Overall, service was quick and friendly. HH oysters are worth to order, could go w/o the Caviar on the dip unless you want to splurge. Did not research before arriving so didn't know about the 20% auto service charge. Will visit if I was in the area.

Loved our meal here. Bests: -All 3 hot oysters (Rockefeller, garlic butter, and miso bone marrow) and the table was all divided on which one was best. Just order all three. $13 for 2 -Crab roll! SO YUMMY. We loved it hot. $35 -Caesar salad $15 -Chocolate budino - perfect ending $9 Really good: -All cold oysters -Chips and dip $8 -Nori cauliflower $10 -Smoked trout salad $18 -Mussels and fries $33

Overall the food was good but maybe a little overpriced. In the end, the service really dampened the mood on the experience.
