I wanted to grab pork buns at another highly rated bakery close by but the line was outrageous so I ended up stumbling into this place instead. It is a small shop lined with cases of different styles of baked breads. I grabbed many different types of individually packaged breads and in the front is a nice selection of cakes so I also got a slice of blueberry cake. Everything was delicious but my favorite was the cake. I regret not getting more types of cake slices. This place is great and no lines at all on a Saturday afternoon. I will definitely be back!

I was a long-term customer of Little Swan. I got off work today as usual and went to buy some bread for breakfast the next day. Today I found that the accumulated points were missing! There is absolutely no way to deal with it! They didn’t explain where the points were going! This kind of service is not good! Let regular customers feel chilled!

My favorite crepe cake in the city! I prefer Asian cakes because they are usually lighter and less sweet. You can taste how fresh the cream is, and the match flavor is not too overpowering / bitter. The cake also feeds at least 6-8 people and everyone can get a sizable slice! It was really easy to place the order over the phone, and pick up was very seamless as well. The bakery is so cute and had a lot of other sweet and savory pastries that were well organized to choose from. Highly recommend ordering their crepe cake or stopping by to grab baked goods :)

The Japanese Cheesecake is what it's all about!!! I have been craving real Japanese style cheesecake since I moved to the US. It is so good here that I bought 3 whole cakes. My kids and nephews went bananas for it. I have lived in the Bay Area for over 20 years and this is hands down the best cheesecake around. Not too sweet, melts in your mouth and has the authentic glaze on top. The people working here were so nice and I wanted to eat every baked thing in the store. The store itself is tiny and in Chinatown which makes it pretty much impossible to park. Anyways, my review is getting a little weird bc it's obvious how obsessed I am with this particular treat. Just trust me and get yourself some cake!

One of the best bakeries in Chinatown. Their product is of high quality. I in particular love their bread, soft and airy. They are generous with their bread fillings. This justify their slightly higher price which is completely worth it. There are many options, sweet and savory. My favorite is the tuna bun which has a pleasant kick from the black pepper inside.

Chinatown Bakery is a good option to buy buns and eat while visiting the city. They come individually wrapped and everything is delicious at an affordable price, for what San Francisco is. What we didn't like very much was the crepe cake, its texture was perfect, but the flavor was not what we expected.

Tried the mango mousse cake, very good. Will be back to try other items. Service was fast and price is lower than their competitors.

Most of the buns are fresh and tasty. I like how this store offers a variety of breads and desserts. My kids like their strawberry moose cake. It tastes so good!! Price was reasonable. Customer service was friendly. Ambiance was very clean and organized.

Typical chinese bakery. Had better vanilla custard in a crème puff.

Absolutely delighted with the crepe cake from this gem of a spot! Each layer was a testament to culinary artistry, melding flavors and textures perfectly. It's rare to find a dessert that lives up to the hype, but this one exceeded expectations. The location might be a bit out of the way, but trust me, it's a journey worth making. Can't wait to return and indulge in more flavors.

Little Swan bakery is delicious! When me and my boyfriend went, we browsed all of the savory and sweet, pastries, and ended up getting the garlic bread the corn cheese, bread, and the Japanese cheesecake slice, and durian crêpe cakes slice. Out of these, the most delicious items included the corn cheese bread, and garlic bread. The garlic bread had a creamy garlic filling on the inside, which was delicious and the corn cheese bread was spongy, moist and decadent. Japanese cheesecake on the other hand while sweet felt a little bland and the durian crêpe cake was a tad overwhelming in flavor and quite stringy, however, my partner loved both of the cakes, so if you have a sweet tooth you definitely will enjoy their cake selections. All in all, this bakery is absolutely fabulous, inexpensive, and a must try if you are in the Chinatown area of San Francisco!

I walked in on 11/23/23 at 12:57:59PM,I got a mini Mango coconut Swiss roll, I tried to pay for it, the cashier just care about grabbing the money, she even said just give me the money, after I paid, she went on to the next customer, the roll was just in my hand. I asked for a bag, then she handed me a bag. I asked what about the receipt, then she gave me the receipt. I truly believe the whole transaction should be have been as follow: bag it, receive the cash, then hand me the roll in a bag with the receipt with changes. She did not seem like a trainee that did not get training on how to handle a sales yet. Perhaps the store manager needs to look into it.
