The food is good and my kids love it! When I ordered food, the staff enthusiastically recommended it to me. So when I paid the bill, I happily paid a 20% tip. After the burger was done, I wanted it split in half and I tipped an extra $5. But while I was dining, a male kitchen employee looked at me discriminatingly many times, so many times and made me feel very uncomfortable and unhappy. Also I shared my feelings with other staff.

The $17 deal for a big Louie combo was worth it. One of the better burgers in the city. Chicken sandwich was moist and tasted good. Good waffle fries and onion rings. Only gripe is a can of coke was $4.
Unprofessional and unfriendly manager. She also needs to stop touching her nose and face and wiping stuff on her jeans. Its really unsanitary. Cant believe a burger took 40 minutes and it was sitting in front of her for 10 minutes for no good reason. I never want to return.

I really like having this burger place in our neighborhood. There are a couple things missing that would make this place 5 stars. Ranch dressing to add on for chicken tenders and fries, an option to buy just the cheese sauce for the fries without all the overwhelming “messy” toppings, a grilled chicken sandwich, a salad with grilled chicken, and lastly a smaller bun on the little Louie (it’s just too much bread). Service is great and takeout orders are fast!

Kinda over this place. In theory it could be a good burger but they always ask you if you wanted it cooked “pink” or well done. I always order pink, but it never comes out pink. Always well done.
Burgers were too salty. Served with pickles and lettuce, no onions or tornadoes. Fries were ok, not great. Shake was basically soft-serve ice cream. Not horrible, but not worth going back.

Burger was meh. Pattys didnt taste like they were seasoned, the bun was super soggy before first bite. Fries were crispy potatoes but again not special. Staff and service were great. First but likely last
