This is one of those family operated establishments that makes San Francisco so amazing.

So I live near and I like to go there for lunch and I like the fries and the milkshake but the service can be crappy sometimes and the burger are ok and mine was a little overcooked I am 9years old

eta: That's nice customer service in the reply, for sure.

With plenty of burger options out there, this one didn't hit for me. Meat was juicy, which is good, but the bun felt too airy and the sauce was EVERYWHERE. Plus, the cheese was not melted.
