Enjoy some fresh seafood while inhaling the Bay air. The bellowing sounds you hear are the Sea Lions who inhabit the piers. The menu includes typical sea food selections. The prices are tourist-scale.

Great food, friendly, local, fresh. Great find.

Food was pretty good! The fries were cold and the bread for my crab roll wasn't warm, but other than that, the food was delicious. Little pricey.

Lous is a great place to go , they have good food and nice people who work there. The upstairs has a band sometimes.

While walking down Fisherman Wharf's Pier craving for some good seafood! We spotted Lou's fish shack, the menu had pretty good options and the ambiance seem fun and inviting so we decided to have dinner here. Our server was sweet and very helpful ( despite the fact she double charged us on our bill ) We got there right on time for Happy Hour ordered some margarita's and for dinner I ordered the Lazy man's Crab Cioppino and my man got the Seafood Linguine. They were both ok. Overall experience was just Ok. Probably won't go back.

Place said it was open til 11:00pm but when we got there close to 10:00pm the doors were locked and the lights were off. So disappointed

We stop in on, a sunny Sunday afternoon for Lou’s Fish Shack. It was pretty unimpressive. The margaritas were not very good and too sweet. The ceviche was the worst I have had. Pretty dry and no real flavor. It came with a bunch of broken up pita type chips. Obviously from the bottom of the pile.

The food here was very good. The seafood was fresh. Nice outdoor area. The service getting the food was super fast but after that it slowed down. Gender neutral bathrooms

I decided to bring my mom for happy hour on a stroll around the Fisherman's wharf... and we came across Lou's. Thankfully it was happy hour so we decided to give it a try. We sat in about booth and we quickly had a waiter Roger come and ask us for drinks. He was VERY attentive and soon on after he was asking if we would like to order. It turns out he was serving the tables close to the bar and also the bar tender. He has outstanding customer service and because of him I will gladly tell my homies to come check this place out and I will be coming back! Thanks Roger and keep up the great customer service:

Giving this place 5 stars based not on there food but there hospitality. My 3 year old got turned away at the restaurant next door called Castagnola's as they wanted a donation for him to use the restroom. Lou's fish shack did not hesitate and welcomed my 3 year old to use the restroom. Treated us with a class act and with that they get my full respect and service. Mind you I was there on vacation.
