This was an incredible experience, the sandwiches were soooo good. You can tell the quality is superb. The deli also has a cute cafe inside where they serve really nice drinks (matcha, coffee, etc) with several syrup/flavor options, some of which are seasonal. The deli is also a super close walk to Alamo square and the painted ladies, which elevates the experience.
Never hesitate to say this is my favorite sando spot in the city. Been coming here since they opened and they NEVER MISS. You really can’t go wrong with any of the the masterpieces on the menu but my top three are… 3. BLTA. 2. Spicy Tuna Melt. 1. Roast Beef. What can I say besides GET YOURSELF ONE ASAP. There’s a cute coffee shop inside so grab a drink while you wait, then pop across the street to Alamo Square. Don’t forget some potato chips to add to your sandwich…...
First time to try their sandwich. And I fell in love with the”tuna melt”. Crunchy, fresh, loaded with just the right amount of tuna and veggies. Will be back for sure when I visit SF again.
