The gelato itself was soooooooo mediocre and the stracciatella was very disappointing, mine barely had chocolate in it :((( I want more chocolate otherwise I would’ve ordered “vanilla ice cream”!!!! >:( These guys were advertising at our hotel as the “first gelato license in SF” ok but don’t give me fake ass no chocolate stracciatella! Rant over lol
Thought it was too sweet as well, though they had some fun flavors.
The waffle cone was freshly made (daily) though and that was redeeming the place. The service was also good, the guy who helped me was really nice! ?

I have bought there several times, very friendly, until Sunday, October 13, 2024, there was no chocolate-covered cone, I told the young man serving that I would wait, a lady who was preparing the cones after 8 minutes when she saw me wait, with a lascivious look, asked me in a bad tone what do you want? I thought it was racist, when she is there it is not advisable to buy

If you love gelato, you’ll love this place. If you want gelato in San Francisco California, you’ll wanna stop here. They featured unique flavors of gelato made on site that changed daily. I had the medium cup, which gives me four different scoops of gelato and all of them were to die for. The creamiest gelato I’ve ever had and it’s highly recommended by the locals.

the best gelato place! delicious, smooth, and creamy. love how it’s freshly made and how creative the flavors are. we got the salted caramel and the baked apple flavor, and they were AMAZING! also, love how they pay so much attention to detail with the quality of not only their gelato, but their place, the ambiance, and how they use sustainable cups, spoons, and have compost bins and recycling.

The gelato was yummy and was definitely worth the visit. It was a little pricey, but the overall experience was good. There aren’t many flavors, but they should all be good. The server gave us a few samples and was helpful.
