First time customer after passing by for years of living in this neighborhood. The staff are AMAZING! Crystal is a phenomenal bartender and a wonderful conversationalist. Granted it was not busy so I was able to grasp her attention even though she was clearly still paying attention to Everyone in the bar and meeting their needs. Extremely professional and personable. Overall exp: Bar maid is great. Bald guy is cool 😎 I will definitely be coming back! A great neighborhood spot for locals to discover and spend their evening <3

My fav bar on Polk! They have great vibes, a fireplace and is a prime spot for weekly events or meetups, biz functions (IMHO). Did I mention they had a giant glass container of PICKLES?!

Overall experience was great. Drinks are on the cheaper end for San Francisco which is nice. They had premade lemon drop shots which was a fun time with friends

The drinks were HORRIBLE and extremely expensive (especially for being served in a plastic cup). Also, I asked the bartender for a straw and was told "we don't do that." I then looked over and saw a cup full of straws. I then asked if I could have one of them and the other bartender hid them under the counter. I don't recommend this place. If it were cheap I would not have been surprised by the price and service, but this place is NOT worth your money. Go to Hi Lo!!! They have cheaper cocktails that are delicious!!!! :))

Great bar, worst bartender. If you don't know her, you won't get served. Will sit there talking to people she already served for 10+ minutes even when she knows you're sitting there waiting.

Fun little "fancy dive bar" if there is such a thing. Great list of specials. I had the French 75 for $14. Mark had the Trailer Trash which is essentially a shot of Evan Williams whiskey and a PBR or a Tecate and Tequila for $8. He opted for the whiskey of course. Can't beat that. Bartender was super friendly.
