The vegetables are not fresh and the noodles are crumbly. This is the most disappointing pho I've ever had. I don't know how they got a 4.7 rating. My average is below 2

Hole in the wall Vietnamese gem serving a short menu of noodles and lunch type dishes. Hidden gem of the TL, delicious flavors at a great price. Pho was $14 and hit the spot. Most people order the shrimp, pork and crab noodles and I'll definitely be coming back for those.

Small place with just a few tables. Food was excellent. I had a vegan noodle dish.
Vegetarian options: Only a couple of vegetarian dishes but still awesome.

Cozy clean cheap, impeccable vibe maintained by 3 vietnamese ladies running this place. Free tea for dine in customers.
I have preferred banh mi places and tried this on a whim instead and so glad I did.

I love this place. Have been 3 times in 2 weeks. Soup and noodles is the best morning breakfast. Their bahnmi’s are also no joke. They have pate and Vietnamese ham which is harder to find. Highly recommend.

Bahn mis are good, the chicken pho is good too. Very affordable lunch spot
The food was good. I did not have bhan mi, they ran out.
Walking to the restaurant is sweating bullets through the tenderloin. Sniffs of homelessness while eating if the wind blows into the restaurant. Ended up taking a waymo out of the neighborhood.
The tenderloin got worse since I was last in SF 2 yrs ago.
Also you have to get cash in the tenderloin for this place.
My coworkers in SJ said this is one of the better Vietnamese places in SF, but in general, SJ Vietnamese is much better.
In the top 2 best noodle soup spots in the

Just like home cooked meals. Small and cozy place when craving Vietnamese food. Large portions size. Puddings are my favorite here.

Fantastic food, great coffee, excellent service. This fine place continues to only accept cash as payment - plan accordingly!

Really authentic Banh Mi, just like in Saigon. I also had the cafe sua da(Vietnamese ice coffee) it has a nice strong kick to it.The bread of the Banh Mi was tender and fluffy on the inside, the texture of carrots, daikon and cucumber give it an extra crunch, the cha lua was good quality, and it didn’t had to much sauce on it, it also came with pâté a pork belly stripes, they also had condiments of the table. Hard to find and rare original Siracha, Nước chấm, Hoisin, So Sa Te. If you’re there in the micro cosmos and close your eyes you would think you’re in Vietnam. The Stuff was very kind and funny, I come back for sure I really like this place. Price was appropriate for what you get.

Okay y’all already know the banh mi places that get all the praise in the neighborhood, but let me put you on the REAL best banh mi in SF! This place is the real deal man, it’s been flying under the radar. The pork meatball (banh mi xiu mai) is literally one of the best sandwiches in SF. But on top of that, let me tell you what makes this place standout to its competitors.- The sandwiches here are made with a lot of care, it’s not rushed like other places. Here everything comes evenly assembled, and warm.- it is incredibly CLEAN inside, unlike many places in the TL. Here hygiene is clearly a priority which is a nice change.- The quality of the food is high, and it’s at a unbelievable price. Also the menu has more Vietnamese items that seem phenomenal that I didn’t have a chance to try yet, but I’m sure it’s all good.- You can actually sit inside and eat your food, away from the chaos outside, in a peaceful charming interior. And you can add sauces to your sandwich as you like, and wash it down with a lovely tea. This place is overall so authentic. From the staff working there, the food, everything is so perfect. Really can’t wait to come back to support them and keep enjoying their food.

We had their Pho Ga, a comforting chicken soup with flat rice noodles, and the Bun Bo Hue, a Central Vietnamese-style beef soup enriched with pork and thin rice noodles.Feeling a bit under the weather, the Pho Ga worked wonders in soothing my body. Generously accompanied by the fresh veggies, as shown in the photo,Pro tip: Be prepared with cash, as it's the only form of payment accepted."
