M Pot might be the best hot pot I've tried. Lilly was super welcoming and helpful in explaining some of the less common items on the menu. She won't steer you wrong! We asked for medium and she suggested we try mild first and she was right, it was our medium/hot. It was malatang before but now they have a new owner so it's hotpot now. Very good. It's the original owner of Fondue Chinese Hotpot who opened this - fondue Chinese is no longer good and this hotpot is the new go to. Owner Lily was also very friendly and have good service, recommending dishes and gifting good deserts and drinks
Just checked out this hotpot place and the flavor was absolutely amazing! You can find a variety of ingredients for hotpot which is classic in China but rare finds here in the US. Honestly I haven’t seen anywhere else serving bamboo mushrooms for hotpot, and gladly I find it here, and it tastes great.
