Disappointing. Found this place on Uber Eats because of its vegan mac n cheese, which was okay, but my main issue was that I received the completely wrong order for my other item. I understand that things happen, but I wrote specific instructions and they weren't followed. Due to my food allergies, I couldn't eat the food and had to order elsewhere. Uber Eats reimbursed me for that item, but obviously fees, taxes, and tip to the driver had to be spent twice to order another meal. I wish this had turned out better because it seemed like a cool concept.

I usto love this place. But today I ordered the basic through door dash and I started eating it and noticed there was a dark piece in it. I assumed it was burn cheese but when I turned on my flashlight in my phone I notice it was a bug! This is ridiculous and disgusting .

Ordered the Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries, the Pesto, and the #Basic. Eating a single one of these three dishes would constitute a full day's worth of meals -- and I enjoyed that. The order lasted me 3 days. But the greasiness wasn't all that enjoyable in post processing. Felt rather regretful each time at the small diary farm's worth of cheese I downed in each sitting. And my stomach joined in with some protests. Worth it? Up to you to decide.

Found this place through doordash 1st of all false advertising... why would there be two restaurants called MAC'd update: who knows!! i shouldn't have trusted so much, i got too excited :( I just wanted some mac n cheese!!!!! 2nd of all horrible food got the the goddess, WAY too salty, I felt like my sodium levels went way too high. Gonna give me hypertension or something. The hellapino tasted like jalapeño perfume. Good first bite but leaves a VERY tangy taste after... how does that even work

I'm not sure why they have this Mac'd location. The reviews are really bad and the food quality is not great. Ordered the vegan Mac and they gave me a non vegan Mac. People typically order vegan options bc they are vegan... unfortunately I couldn't eat my food because it had dairy in it. Is the staff half asleep?? Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of money. Do better

Was not impressed with the food and my order was wrong. I ordered the meat lover but received the regular Mac, which wouldn't of bothered me too much if the dish was good, unfortunately it was not. The elbows were overcooked, the cheese sauce had way too much nutmeg. I can't believe I'm saying this, but there was way too much cheese. Also it tasted like someone accidentally put truffle oil in the dish. It was all way too much and I could get though a quarter of the meal. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I ordered the basic on doordash the other day and I must say it wasn't worth the money. The panko bread crumbs came on the side instead of on the Mac which was king of annoying. The flavor just wasn't there for me and it tasted like mush. The best part of the meal was the fries which for a Mac and cheese place is pretty embarrassing. I was very disappointed with this place.
First off, just want to note that this restaurant location is a pickup location. There are 4-5 different restaurants here and it seems to only be ubereats/DoorDash. I got DoorDash pickup so I picked up from here. At night, it seems kinda sketch. The food itself was good. It was a little cold by the time I got home but I don't know if that's because I picked it up too slowly or if they just never heated it up all the way. They separated the breadcrumbs so that they aren't soggy, but that also means that they aren't baked in. Overall I think I'd come back or go to the actual restaurant. If you're craving gourmet mac n' cheese, this isn't the best place, but it did satisfy my craving.

Basic Mac was spicy (why?) and my kids were disappointed. I got the cauliflower version of the goddess Mac, and the cauliflower was grossly undercooked. Awful all around.

Love being able to customize my meals and adding a little kick to it. So being able to make add spicy items like hot sauce, jalapeños, and hot Cheetos. Definitely a great comfort food option! Such a great find

THE WORST. They cannot get an order correct. Ordered from here twice. (Why a second time after they'd messed up the first? It had been 6 months and I figured maybe they'd just had a bad day the first time - apparently not.) Drove to pick up my order - the building is a really run down "shared kitchen" in a strip mall / warehouse, no dining area - looks dirty. The employees are rude. You cannot call this location to confirm an order, b/c again - not a real restaurant. My order was simple, off the menu... and it was completely wrong. If you don't eat pork for religious reasons, do not order from here - it seems to be mixed into the other ingredients - both times I did not order bacon, and both times, it was added in.If Mac'd knew what was good for them, they'd close this location. It's giving them a bad reputation.

One of the best Mac n cheese I’ve had. Easy to order. Delivery or pick up. I get the goddess which has a garlicky kick that’s delicious. Add some extras for free. Like Chicken, bacon, truffle butter, shaved Parmesan cheese.Plus many more.
