We went on Valentine's Day, service and food were great. You have a 15 minute grace period for your reservation time. I witnessed a few people exceeding that time and were told they could not be accommodated but were welcome to find a seat at the bar. So make sure to plan parking ahead!
We had a reservation and were seated quickly once we arrived, however we didn't see a server for at least 10 minutes. We ordered waters and appetizers first. Once those came we were ready to order our entrees but our server was nowhere to be seen. So we waited another long period for her to get to us. she eventually came over and we ordered out steaks and sides. I had an amazing birthday dinner at Mastro's, I cannot thank Pedro & his server assistant Hugo enough for making my evening so special. We ordered a round of cocktails that they pour table side. Highly recommend their signature cocktails as they come with smoking dry ice. Pedro was knowledgeable with the menu & had great recommendations, which we gladly agreed. He recommended the ruinhart blanc de blanc as a champagne toast, such an amazing wine list it was so hard...
