Hands down THE best croissant in San Francisco. But they have so much more than that. Pates, quiches, desserts - and they all look so Parisian. Walking in is an exercise in self control. But the good news is, if you do cave in, it’s worth it!

Truly the best pastries around to corner from my work. They're always fresh and pleasing to the eye. I'm always dreaming about their chocolate chip cookie and chocolate croissant. Make sure to try their seasonal pastries too! Also, great espresso for an afternoon pick me up.

Croissants came from heaven. Picture perfect, light and buttery, and filled with a variety of scrumptious sweet and savory fillings. A must try if visiting S.F.

Incredible chocolate chip cookies and croissants! Specifically the ham and cheese croissant... I'll be dreaming of this forever! They incorporate a mushroom spread in it that brings out an umami flavor. We had the regular croissant and the flan Parisienne (this was ok), and the black tea puff (also ok) We came later in the day so got a fewer selection but can't wait to come back and try more.

Maison Nico is STUNNING!!! It's on a quiet side street in North Beach and they have both indoor and outdoor table. We tried the laminated brioche and it was fantastic, the layers add such a nice texture to the decadent brioche. They also had a wide variety of pate which I haven't been able to find elsewhere in the city. They were quite busy and the line was out the door, but the staff is very efficient and friendly to keep the line moving. The pastries here are a bit pricey but definitely worth coming for the vibe!
This was suggested to be for the Best Croissants in SF and I was not disappointed. Wow! ? you could smell these beauties from a mile away. I ended up going every morning of my trip!Make sure to order a plain croissant and/or the ham & cheese. Also appreciated the line rules actually, going in one at a time was very helpful and made it go faster.Thank you! I will be back ❤️

A special spot to get some delicious pastries. The workers were nice and we got our food quick. There not a lot of seating inside but there are a few chairs outside. Craving some right now can't wait to go back

This place is quite nice. The interior is very classy, great for a coffee or lunch date. The pastries are works of art, with a French flair. I would've tried everything but I would've ended up broke. Their cannelés are my favorite!

Salmon croissant is so damn fire. $11 can't complain. Iced latte smooth too. Needs more seating though.
Maison Nico serves up legit French fare by the Transamerican pyramid! Order ahead if possible to pick up order when you arrive!
