No decaf espresso drinks. Nice atmosphere.
Cool vibe. Employees are super nice!
Came to an event here with no expectations. Cozy events room with a small stage for the presenter. Thoughtful speech from Andy (I think) about homelessness and his non-profit that provides lawyers to those that are about to be homeless. very interesting. hoping to come back here for more events in the future.
Avoid Manny’s at all costs. It’s a pretentious space dressed up as a “civic café,” serving overhyped drinks, underwhelming food, and side orders of self-congratulation. The events feel more like TED Talks for the already convinced. If you’re looking for real community and flavor, skip the staged virtue and go where authenticity isn’t a performance.
Instead, support Reem’s California, a Palestinian-owned gem in the Mission. The food there is bold, rooted, and unmistakably original. no borrowed land, no “settled” recipes.
I went there for the first time. The atmosphere was very inviting and relaxing, especially in the back lounging area.I had avacado toast which was double the size of any other place, I got 2 pieces of toast with delicious avacado and arugula leaves and garnish and cucumbers. Absolutely delicious!! My husband got the chicken sandwich which he said was delicious and it came on a large plate with fries. The prices were very reasonable! I would definitely go again and recommend it to others.
The food was very poorly cooked.
I love Manny's. Their mission is great and the staff is so lovely.
They host really interesting and engaging discussions in addition to just being a fun place to hang out. Definitely recommend signing up for their newsletter and attending some events.
Amazing venue, great staff, stellar experience. We will come back!
Celebrating this small slice of community tolerance and participation in a warm and welcoming space.
Great shatshuka and lovely ambiance. Unfortunately been a target of Jew hatred many times. Come out and support this wonderful place.

Manny’s is a valued, diverse and welcoming community hub to gather & discuss current events, politics, city & area leadership & issues with local, state & national figures. Good food & drinks too!
Great food. Great vibe. highly recommended!
The space is very comfy and has a nice vibe, but the kitchen was very bad at accommodating dietary restrictions. Two orders of vegetarian breakfast burritos came out with meat in them, and the kitchen made repeat mistakes accommodating a celiac guest. The server was very nice and apologetic though.
Almost no one was wearing masks, which was disappointing for a “community-focused” space.
While I enjoy the comfort of the space and friendly staff, the food and drinks are always subpar. The pastries are always soggy, coffee is weak / watery unfortunately. Hope this can bring it to the attention of the staff member.
Bad service, overly crowded, and owner is rude
