I want to give this 5 stars but that's probably wouldn't be fair because this place brings back childhood memories so I don't know if that extra star is nostalgia or not. This pizza taste how pizza used to 20 years ago when we had actual delivery from the pizza place staff itself. I don't even know how yo explain it but pizza today seems very uniform regardless of where you get it from.

Marcello's is a pizzeria where you can buy pizza by slice or the whole one. It is located in Castro, San Francisco. They are open until late. The pizzas are great and the service too. They have a couple of tables outside and a few inside. I have been going to this place for a while and like it. Stop by if you are in the Castro neighborhood.

I have been going to this pizza place for 27 years!! They have excellent pizza and a great space to enjoy it! Please, enjoy a slice and the people who work there.
I thought the pizza was great until I found a strand of hair in my slice.The place is very dirty, I saw a lot of roaches when I came in.The service is extremely rude especially that tattooed chick who screamed vulgar obscenities at me for asking if they were still serving.

The pizza is on the verge of cardboard, the service is terrible, they screamed at my friend for asking if they were still serving (the door and gate were open and pizza was still sitting in the warmer). Save your $9 per slice instead of throwing it in the trash.
