Sushi was good But the PRICE is over PRICED!!! .We had to keep asking for more ginger. We asked for more ginger like 4 xs! Every time we would get ginger it was a tiny portion smh. Sushi portion is small NOT worth the PRICE!! too Expensive

The second worst bowl of ramen I've ever had (and the first was in Utah, to give a frame of reference).
The ajitama egg (which is supposed to be soft boiled and seasoned in soy sauce) was just a plain hard boiled egg.
The pork was dry and flavorless.
And I don't know how you make tonkotsu broth taste like nothing at all, but they managed it.
The icing on the cake? It was served in the smallest ramen bowl I've ever seen.
The only thing I can think of is that this place is designed to fleece Midwestern tourists who think that ketchup is spicy and want to feel exotic when they're walking around Union Square.
Avoid unless you hate yourself or hate having money.

I thought Maru was “OK”. I wouldn’t go back again. Slightly pricier than other nearby sushi restaurants and the rolls (at least what I got) were not as good.

Beautiful decor. Lovely service. Delicious food. I’m definitely coming back. I had the udon with chicken and the noodles were a delicious amount of chewy.
