I come here about once a week. This place is always busy so put your name down on the waiting list and be prepared to wait 40 minute-80 minutes. The servers are attentive. Food comes out quick and the quality is consistently good. Seating can be tight. Get the deluxe ramen for the pork belly!

Excellent service, super busy and we did not wait. Ramen is excellent. Server was very happy to help me manage the menu - I wanted less noodles and more veg. The only negative is it’s noisy. But that’s because it’s so popular. Located upstairs inside the Japan town mall.

Marufuku Ramen at the Japan Center is outstanding. The Japan Center itself feels like a small pocket of Japan, and walking in to a warm “irasshaimase!” instantly sets the tone. The ramen is perfectly cooked, deeply comforting, and genuinely transporting — one of those Ratatouille-level bites that takes you somewhere else.
