Checked in early Sunday morning. The front desk lady told me check in was at 3pm but went out of her way to check me in at 12pm instead. Kenny the GM even gave me my own dorm by myself for a week, so I was getting my own private room for the price of a dorm. I had one instance where I had undesirable roommate my second week of staying there but the night staff quickly changed my room and fixed the situations. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice, there’s a sink in the room...
Near the union square in the middle of San Francisco, near to metro. Loved it and enjoyed the place. Recently and completely renewed and reopened. For me the best choice in San Francisco for a budget. High quality material, modern and clean. Love the carpet everywhere in the hotel: reception and corridors.
