We both orders omlettes and didn’t realise it was egg whites rather than the yolks but it was fine I really enjoyed them tho my husband said they were ok. Coffee was great too and the service was so good , it’s definetly worth a visit as prices are reasonable too. Staff are also very friendly

Great healthy breakfast. Had breakfast here twice and each time it was excellent. I recommend the vegetable omelet. Definitely get it with the fruit, there is cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries. Much better than the place across the street.

Cafe gets really busy for breakfast. If people are queuing outside go in and put your name down for a table don’t just join the queue as they make you wait outside until your table is ready. Lots of menu choices and all very tasty also pretty large portions. The granola with yoghurt, fruit and milk was delicious. We went twice as we had 20% discount voucher from our hotel but saying that we would of still visited twice without a discount voucher. Worth a visit if you are in the Union Square area of town.

We had breakfast, which was good, would have been a good experience if we were not charged 50% of a tip without being asked :/

We had breakfast here one morning, it was recommended by our hotel. The food was ok and the service was fine but the toilets were awful and in desperate need of a very deep clean.

I ran into here and bought a sandwich to take with me to a meeting. Also a cold drink. It was fast and OK standard.

Owned by a very sweet family! They have some fresh fruits, big choice of snacks, and typical convenience store items - but the owner also listens to what regular customers want to see in the store

Ordered a BMT on wheat and Roast Beef sub and got prompt service. Always good to be able to watch the sandwich being made and choose condiments and vegetables. Thank you for the good service.

As this Diner was close to our Hotel Nikko it was the obvious choice for breakfast. Went back two days later for an inexpensive evening meal for two adults and two children.

This place is a pretty standard bodega, neither good nor bad. However, they no longer have a deli and no longer serve sandwiches. Figured I'd inform the Yelp public.

This place is about as good as any other corner store in the TL but what really pushes it to 5 star level is this video: The lady running the place obviously doesn't do such a great job of "shooing away the characters from the 'loin" and that's a good thing, because this place is full of kooks.

Mike the owner is awesome...

Always wondered why Mason Street Deli never received any yelp love. The lady running the place is rather friendly, makes a mean sandwich (the amount of grilled chicken could have qualified as food porn), and she doesn't skip a beat while shooing away the characters from the 'loin that wander in and out of her establishment looking for money/smokes/bathroom/etc. A good sandwich in a colorful part of town.
