Hello, we dinned at your SFO restaurant last night. Was not a good experience at all. Servers are not properly trained, lack of coordination between waiters and kitchen staff as main course arrived 3 minutes after the starters were delivered, and staff did not seem surprised to place both courses on the table at the same time. Salmon Steak that was asked for well done was basically burt to the bone, hard as a rock. Room lights also flickered. Restaurant clearly needs better management. Sincerely

Beautiful water views/decor from every table, elegant but not stuffy, fabulous food, hostess was perfect, & with our server Glenn we wanted for nothing!!!!!

I usually ask for rare to receive medium rare this time I asked for medium rare and received exactly that! Loved that. Simple but man it makes a difference for bone in rib eye

In the Ghirardelli square this restaurant is spectacular. The food was amazing. The service was an excellent of you. Was so impressive watching the boats go in and out including a cruise ship. Felt like a queen was treated like one. Highly recommend

One of the best places to take out of town visitors. Great atmosphere, superior service, high quality food, and amazing views of The Bay.

I've been to other McCormick and Schmidt's restaurants before, but they don't compare to this one. Scallops were amazing as well as all the accompaniments. I wish I had a larger appetite to enjoy desserts. Service excellent as well. Wine list was good, but not outstanding. Pricy, but worth the money.

This is not the first time we've dined here. We've been there at least 10 times, frequently for special occassions. Tonight was so very different than any other experience we've ever had.

We ordered 3 items to share: lobster bisque, seafood tower (minus the oysters) and a crab Louie salad.

The seafood tower was not worth the price. They mixed yummy crab with kimchi and what appeared to be Thousand Island dressing. The lobster was stuck to the shell and no tools for removal were provided. I would not recommend trying this tower. Our waiter said that the tower would be plenty for two for a meal. Then a little fat shaming saying we wouldn't need anything else. We will order whatever we want when we dine thank you very much. It's none of the waiters business if we will eat it all or not. Last I checked servers tips were based on the bill that is presented at the end. You would think this guy would encourage us to order more. Maybe tips aren't important to him.

The lobster bisque was as delicious as ever and well worth the price.

The crab Louie salad was expensive for the amount of crab you got. Not nearly as good as crab salad tower they used to do with manho, avocado and a lovely citrus dressing.

Our server was constantly saying we were ordering a lot of food. He didn't even offer us the dessert menu, instead he made a rather rude fat shaming comment about eating so much we had no room. We asked for the dessert menu despite his comments and ordered dessert but not without another fat shaming comment from our waiter. We ordered dessert and he said one for that two of you and started to move on from our table. Our answer was no! He went further to say once again how much food we had ordered. Bless his little heart.

It will be a bit before we go back. There are so many restaurants in SF getting to dine at that picking a place to get fat shamed by our waiter is not a place we want to spend our hard earned money.

We had an outstanding dinner at McCormicks & Kuleto's restaurant. The salmon melted in my mouth and then the teriyaki glaze kicked in. Delicious! The waitress was excellent too! Great place.

I really enjoy having dinner here. The crab+lobster dip and the steak frites (medium rare) were great. My favourite time to dine is just as twilight approaches, as the view over the bay as night falls is beautiful.

The place was nice. The food was really overpriced for what you got. The lobster was really good. Didn’t care for the mashed potatoes the loaded mashed potatoes that is, I just think that it could be a lot better the service the waiter we had was great.

Ask for Aaron, he provided amazing service, felt like I had my own butler. Enjoyed the beautiful view, a dozen oysters and a great glass of SV recommended by Aaron.
