It is about time you guys either stop hiring people who can't read and don't understand English. I'm SICK of always getting a wrong order because people have no idea what has been ordered. The fact that you pay 20 bucks an hour, and the food is super expensive now, only for it to be wrong 9/10 times is infuriating.

Your employees do not give a da*m about accuracy. They figure just like this time, I get the food and am 20 minutes away now without a car, and just can't eat my food. French fries were soggy and cold, after pulling out. Got home to my burger as just a standard burger. They can't read the word PLAIN?? It's time to fire everyone and invest in some robots. This is ridiculous. 15 bucks for a cheeseburger made so poorly and without care? You guys are a total rip off.

They do the best they can under these circumstances and I really appreciate the nice gentleman that allowed me to come back and in fact they do accept EBT payments and I greatly appreciated that and the service was amazing and I will continue to return the location with loyalty thank you McDonald’s and McDonalds team at this filmore location keep up the good work:)

Frequently I order delivery through McDonald’s app from this restaurant, and frequently items are omitted. When I reach out to the provided number for support, I’m told they ‘can’t do anything’. Jesus Christ.

This McDonald’s is definitely on a race to the bottom. They are very money, hungry and greed seems to be their north star. This year they started charging $.25 for a unreusable paper bag. I’ve been to many places that sell fast food and I’ve never seen this anywhere even in San Francisco. You can’t reuse their cheap paper bags. So charging a quarter extra is just another way to milk more revenue out of their customers. If given the choice, go somewhere else just to show whomever came up with this new money grabbing idea to stop. Also did I mention that they often don’t give food that is fresh. Ordering food from here is a hit or miss as far as how old the food is by the time you get it. Also, it seems like everything on their menu is double or triple the price it used to be even a couple years ago. Yet many other places have small incremental pricing increases regardless of the economy.

The food was as it should be, however the service was horrid and unorganized. My family and I ordered food and waited 20-30 minutes to get our food and another 5-7 minutes for drinks.
