Employee overall satisfaction is poor, ordered through Kiosk and I don’t know you had to pay for a bag on a to go order, when I received my food they placed on a tray like as if I was gonna eat at the restaurant and when I asked for a bag they said it’s a 25 cents fee for the bag. So I was shocked because I haven’t heard of an absurd thing as charging for a to go bag so then I told them that it was fine I was gonna pay for it and another short Hispanic lady came out with a bag and kind of tossed my food in the bag and almost half of the fries I ordered were still on the tray and she just wrapped them up. I told her you just took my fries like and she responded with well next time pay for the bag, like I never said I wasn’t gonna pay I even told the other lady to charge me the bag then.
Overall this McDonalds need better employees or have them get trained on how to treat and deal with people

I was using the app before to do curbside pickup. Don't bother. They don't check it frequently enough and you just wait outside. One time I had to leave without getting my food and I had paid online.
It's much quicker to use the app and then go to the drive-thru.

McDonald’s is always a quick and reliable place for a simple meal. This location is clean, the staff is fast, and the service is consistent. The food comes out hot and fresh, and the drive-thru moves quickly. A good spot for grabbing something on the go, especially when you’re in a hurry.
