Not sure how to rate this. I used the restroom after an employee and found no soap in the soap dispenser. Literally, no soap bag in the dispenser. I really hope the employee washed their hands before returning to work. This was mid morning. Yuck factor real.

I ask for hot food ,it was cold ask for the manger.The breakfast came out the second time hot. Thanks to the manger doing her job .The server rolled her eyes at me I rolled mine back ,definitely not a welcome to McDonald's morning, she never cracked a smile definitely on the wrong job!!!

I went in the morning for breakfast and there was a lady with her stuff all over the place and acted like she own the place. Random people. Would not recommend for kids as a safety issue. The parking was full and there was no one other than workers and people who walked there.

Hello, Owner and Manager Sir! I am telling you something about your one bespectacled female employee! And I want to draw your attention to this matter! I am a delivery driver (personally) and one of your bespectacled female employees always misbehaves with me and doordash, uber drivers! Not only that, our doordash, uber id is blocked after fighting! Why? Our job is to take the food of the customer from there! But she is always angry! If you do not change this bespectacled female employee, one day there may be no drivers to carry food to your restaurant! Thank you.

There needs to be more rules posted in the play area- in regards to how LOUD it gets... A lot of times kids just run around screaming at the top of their lungs, and the parents don't do ANYTHING about it. And then there are parents who have children who are sensitive to their surroundings, and experience sensory overload. So we have to pack up and leave- because the kids & screaming are just too much!
Also, they ignore the age limit signs. I've seen teenagers/ high school students
take off their shoes and run all over the play equipment- and again scare the little kids...
Hopefully one day it will be addressed.

We do food delivery and every we guys get a order from McDonald's and they treat us like animal and without any reason they angry with us and always give us order late ... and they always give us dislike and complain without any reason ..

The lady at the delivery pick up counter is racist. I experienced this on July 1 around 10:30 pm. My order number was mz70 I ordered through app, and its a routine for me to order via drive thru and pick up at the doordash counter (since i dont have a car and curbside pickup shuts by 10)
I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and paid 25 cents for the carry bag. The lady was racist, made me wait in line for 20 minutes, giving preference to the people coming after me and didnt even provide me a bag (which i paid for) saying the order is too small for a bag.
@admin if you think few small orders dont deserve a bag, please dont charge for it on the app. There is no way to contact support once the order is placed
