Ordered using the app and was told they never received the order. I showed them the order # and email, and each time someone said they would check then they never came back. I was still charged too.

This place is one of the worst McDonald's out there! 9 out of 10 they always get something on my order wrong! They take forever to bring your food to the window at the drive through. Their service just sucks! And you're lucky if your fried food tastes good because they either never change the oil or they wait to long to change it ,and fries ? tast nasty and soggy or your nuggets get over cooked, it's a toss up, but then again isn't most MacDonald's. And make sure you check your food before diving off cause they will mess up and you'll be pissed and have to drive back. Oh yeah and like all McDonald's they are stingy with their sauces so check and make sure they give you enough and the right one at that cause they mess up on all that too.Good luck!

I usually visit this location on the weekends early in the morning as soon as the drive-through opens at 0500.I have only ever been inside to dine twice; once with my kids, and once in the morning, when I didn’t have my vehicle with me.With most of my experience at this location being limited to the drive-through, that’s what I’m here to talk about. This location has always been relatively quick. Food is usually always hot especially if you get there right after the drive-through opens and staff is usually pretty friendly.They work hard because this location is open till 0400 in the morning and then they close for an hour and reopen at 0500.There is, however, one guy who works the drive-through, who I can’t tell if he’s enjoying his time there, or if he’s coming down off something.When you normally go through a McDonald’s drive-through, one might expect the standard “Hello. Welcome to McDonald’s. Will you be using the mobile app today?”This fellow! I drive up to the speaker.Dudebro: ‘h’lo?’ Or sometimes it’s ‘How AAAAARE yoooooooooo!’With the expected pleasantries dispensed with, I’ve resorted to using NATO phonetic alphabet so no misunderstanding about what letters I’m calling out. So, no reply from me but something like a ‘Bravo-Victor-five-eight’. He’s no dummy. He understands. But he also knows enough to assume your name if you are the only code there. One time, I pulled up to hear my name rather than the customary ‘h’lo?’.Lately, he hasn’t been there as regularly but it’s a hoot when he is.

Very discriminatory staff. My friend and her 10 year old daughter tried to pickup a mobile order. One of the managers, Fili, was initially helping them but after realizing my friend spoke little english, started to take advantage of her by delaying service, started serving others first. Another staff tried to help with the order but Fili told that staff no and that she’s already working on getting the items on the order. After 30-45 minutes, there were multiple people that arrived later but still got their food and left. Another manager, Jennifer, came to assist and asked for the mobile order number but couldn’t find her order in the system. If Fili was already getting the order, how can Jennifer not find the order? Fili was intentionally delaying service. Jennifer looked at the list of items ordered on the phone, grabbed them (missed a few items, couldn’t get a happy meal right) and gave it to my friend. My friend asked to see if she can file a complaint on Fili but was brushed off by saying she’s too busy. On top of this review, we will file a complaint as well.

Ok, so lemme start with pros and then give my speech about the cons.Pros: Food was good. The atmosphere was OK. DONE!!!Cons: Bro, where do I even start!? First of all, the wait was like half an hour, I ordered at 6:50 and it was 7:20 when I got my McDonalds. Second, the Filet-O-Fish was smaller than normal, like it's 3/4 the original size. And here's the most annoying, maybe even ILLEGAL thing: I ordered 20 McNuggets, and BRUH, BRUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, when I got home (I chose take-out), where's my McNuggets? BRO like they robbed me. NEVER EVER COME HERE OR ANY FAST FOOD RESTRAUNT IN THE US, THEY SUCK!!! I'M SAVING YOU FROM SCAMS, DON'T SAY I NEVER WARNED YOU!!! I WANT A LAWYER ASAP, EVERYONE AT MCDONALDS NEEDS FIRING ASAP, MCDONALDS NEEDS TO BE BANNED ASAP, BRUH WHAT THE HELL!? 0 STARS!!!

This is the worst mcdonalds in the city, there is no one at the counter, the workers won't answer you if you don't ask repeatedly, the wait for the food is 10-20 mins minimum, don't come here if you want to have a good day.
