Stupid and rude staff . I ask for restroom code and she said the restroom code comes on receipt you wait for your order . And when my order come i see the restroom code i said keep my food for a minute i come back and take my food she said take your food with you we dont have any guarantee for your food 🤦♂️ i say are you stupid why i can take my food inside the restroom 🤦♂️ and then i said why you dont put my food into bag she said you have to pay $.25 cent for a paper bag . It took them 15 mins to prep my food. The employees arent helpful. The manager was able to service me. Id go back cause the manager can move the needle, but for the employees they need to be retrained on customer service

This restaurant was very busy . It seemed to be shorthanded. I waited in line for a few minutes. One Hispanic guy saw Me in line in front of him but still showed them his phone for a DoorDash order first . Then when I finally got my turn the Hispanic employee told Me that the machine to make my frappe was down for cleaning. Maybe it was , but if I had known the machine was down I could have saved my time . California 🤦🏻♂️

Food is always great. Especially if you’re Donald Trump - then this is your favorite restaurant.
Service was lacking and quite frankly it seemed like certain individuals were treated better and prioritized more than others and it was very apparent.
I’m not in this neighborhood often but will not be coming back.

I've been going there for years.On this trip, I was impressed by the young lady who took my order so friendly,what an improvement I only ordered a strawberry shake ,best I've had in a while. Kindness really played a part in this trip to Mickey D's .
