Ordered 40 minutes ago come inside they make me wait 10 more mins and then I ask again and they tell me that they didnt even make my order at all and that I have to order again and my money will come back in 48 hours. So I came and wasted my break got introuble at work cause they was lazy

Yes, I have refrained from writing about this McDonald's, but my patience is running out. These people who take orders are in any other place at the time of taking the order, except for their workplace. Every third time I go through the drive-thru, one of my orders is different from the one I ordered. They write the order correctly on the screen, but when I pay, I hear a different amount than what my order usually costs. They never give napkins and when you ask them, they look at you angrily.

I think he was covering someone at the register and maybe should not do so anymore. Manuel was the employee who took my order and he was rude, impatient and just plain mean. Keep him away from customer interaction.....

Actually the worst service from a McDonalds. I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese meal, and it took almost 10 minutes to make, and then while eating, something felt off but I assumed it was just an older patty, but I looked at the burger and noticed the cheese didn't look like cheese, it was paper. They put paper instead of cheese on my burger.

Got ordered delivered so couldn't check on site, but tell me how I ordered a bacon McCrispy with no McCrispy in it. thanks for a bun with sauce, pickles, and bacon... the rest of the order was correct though :)
Blood they took 20 minutes just to not add my extra toppings i paid for or my nuggets and borderline forgot my drink I never believed in writing reviews but darn this location changed that

I’d love to speak to corporate. Whoever is running the drive-through on October 22 at 6 o’clock in the morning is doing a very poor job. Her name tag says Carla. She had me waiting over 20 minutes in drive thru just to receive an online order of iced coffee. She proceeded to go back-and-forth with me over whether or not I asked for ice. Completely unprofessional, and I feel as though my drink was tampered with due to her frustration.

I was trying to call to pick up an order and the guy behind the call kept hanging up on me when I was trying to place in order I had to walk 5min from my house with three kids to place in order for my family the guy yeld at me and my kids my kids were crying people in the restaurant were recording if I were u I would not come to this place when they finally gave me my order it was raw and the French fries were cold and soggy.
