This restaurant was very busy . It seemed to be shorthanded. I waited in line for a few minutes. One Hispanic guy saw Me in line in front of him but still showed them his phone for a DoorDash order first . Then when I finally got my turn the Hispanic employee told Me that the machine to make my frappe was down for cleaning. Maybe it was , but if I had known the machine was down I could have saved my time . California 🤦🏻♂️

Food is always great. Especially if you’re Donald Trump - then this is your favorite restaurant.
Service was lacking and quite frankly it seemed like certain individuals were treated better and prioritized more than others and it was very apparent.
I’m not in this neighborhood often but will not be coming back.

I've been going there for years.On this trip, I was impressed by the young lady who took my order so friendly,what an improvement I only ordered a strawberry shake ,best I've had in a while. Kindness really played a part in this trip to Mickey D's .
Very bad customer service, they only have people working who only care about money. The most important thing is kindness and customer service. They lack many values.

the food is OK. my sweet tea was very weak & more like water than tea. The restaurant lobby is very small & is crowded often. Staff is generally nice but I've seen them treat homeless people with less respect. I go here about 2-4 times a month. I usually order by app & the wait can be a bit longer than expected but nothing too bad. One thing I do not like about this location is allowing adults to come in with bicycles and scooters. There is NO SAFE SPACE in this VERY small restaurant for bicycles and scooters.
