The worst McDonald’s location anywhere! I don’t understand how it’s still open. No seating of any kind, always the wrong order and I have never had warm fries from these people, always cold. Just terrible all the way around :(

Looks dirty and sketchy from outside and it's not much better where you order but the food was quick, hot and tasted fine. Don't think you can sit in but it's good if you need to eat somewhere cheaper.

The McDonald's app was broken and none of the staff knew how to assist or resolve this issue. We waited 90 minutes for our order! I found the order in my emails and the staff was able to replicate this. The lead worker kept insisting we weren't charged - even after I showed her my banking details. Prior to Providing assistance staff needs to understand what the issue is instead of brushing us off! Waiting over an hour for our food is unacceptable. Do better, McDonald's!

Food is standard McDonalds quality, as well as the service. Takeout or delivery only, filled with delivery people and homeless people asking for money/food.
Parking: Located on the part of Market St which cars are not allowed to park on. The closest parking I can think of is really far away. However, that's true with almost all Market St business in SF

Busy on New Years? Okay expected. Calling me stupid because worker gave me wrong order? That's not okay. Don't do that.
Also not nice that you needed my phone to see the order when the reciept your other colleague had in their hand either. Isn't that borderline goes against Company Policy, to oh I don't know, TAKE A PERSON'S PHONE? Thanks!

Overall awesome place. It's kind of a number is only a take-out/delivery location, but at the same time it does get rid of a lot of the long lines and large amounts of people. The majority of the staff are super friendly and helpful, but occasionally you get the 1 or 2 that can definitely be kinda rude. The food is always great though it's always hot and cooked well an as much as I go there I've never once had them mess up my order which is pretty awesome & rare I must say (especially because the majority of the other mcdonalds i go to they usually mess up my order by not making it how i requested, or forgetting to give me one of the items, or the food being super cold) they do a great job on that end for sure! I would definitely recommend to others!
Parking: The parking is a lil difficult to find you have to park on one of the side streets which can be a little difficult in the day time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Is completely wheelchair accessible, but keep in mind the location is only take-out & delivery so the ordering area is quite small n can get quite a bit crowded making it a little difficult to maneuver around at times. Also you might have to park a little bit of a distance away being there's no street parking in front of building and no parking garage super close by.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when a fastfood establishment acts like they personally make the condiments with the blood, sweat and tears of their ancestors using their secret family recipe the loaned to that joint. With that being said I also understand people take advantage and are wasteful so I'm sure people have small /"value" purchase and ask for hella extra sauces only to throw most of them away. And that is NOT COOL AT ALL! But on this particular day I bought one hot cake plate and two big breakfast plates, one coffee and two large sodas with a total around $35.00 give or take a few cents. And I know from past meals that I need two syrups so when I ask for ONE MORE SYRUP I HATE that they make me stand in line to buy one for .30 cents especially when I asked to buy two but she only selectively heard me say one. Annoying.
Other than that, hot cakes were good and I was moderately pleased.

Great food for developing Heart disease. Good veggie burgers, but I prefer flame broiled burgers from the competition.

My 1st McD that served biodegradable straws!
I've always heard the "straws polluting our waters & harming marine life" living in California. Starbucks had them for a minute a couple years ago, but they all switched back eventually. Glad this large corporation so close to the bay water took it seriously. ✌🏻
We should all try and do our part for
🌎Our beautiful Mother Earth♻️
This McD has NO DINING TABLES & is 100% tablet Kiosk ordering. Very minimal and bare bones as San Francisco real estate is outrageously expensive and this tiny McD can't be more than 500sq.ft. for customers.
No place to eat, it's more of a waiting room really. Would be better if it had at least chairs to sit at while you waited for food.
There's a board at the ick up area that shows numbers and names of people's orders that are ready for pickup.
Very Fast Food of the Future
**NO bathroom. Walked 3/4 blocks down to Chipotle, the workers will fib and say "bathrooms are out of order." Code: 1655.
**Bag fee 25cents each bag. Bring your own or carry your food and drink items.
**Takes CA Hot EBT. Different than regular CA EBT, must have your county worker turn on "hot meals" and get this meal on EBT benefits!!
**Extra pickles is 50cents
Again I cannot stress this enough,
Fast Food of the Future
Bare bones, no frills, efficient, no amenities.
You even have to find another place to eat as the entire room is standing waiting/ordering only. Saw a lot of DoorDash workers. Mood feels cold and unfeeling. Food was exactly what I ordered, and came semi quickly.
Vegetarian options: Not a whole lot to choose from.
ZeRo Vegan options as far as I am aware
Dietary restrictions: No vegan
Parking: 100% Kiosk ordering
No tables to eat at
Kid-friendliness: Saw a couple high chairs? But nobody ate inside as it's a standing room only
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all is flat and not very large to move around in. Wheelchair (push)= OK
But won't have the best time either. No electric scooters like Jazzy scooters at grocery stores.

Avoid dining here if you can. This location prioritizes takeout orders over walk-in customers. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which never arrived, while delivery drivers consistently received their orders within a minute. Several other customers also expressed frustration about the long wait times for their orders, while delivery services faced no delays.
