Skip this McDee's, it smelled funny, no where to sit, maybe a city ordinance but we were charged a quarter per bag for take out? Burger was overcooked, which is odd, and none of the extras requested was added. My standards for a chain are usually weighted higher than they should be but this was the worst MD. Looked like maybe it's remodeling too?

I 💙 this McDonalds location in san Francisco California , its location is Awsome next to the hotel am staying at , its also next to the merto station here . Its in a very ideal location here . I love this McDonald's is in a old beautiful building . The staff here are nice and good service . Its standing room only here unfortunately not sit in here and no public / customer washrooms here , no parking here .

The worst McDonald’s location anywhere! I don’t understand how it’s still open. No seating of any kind, always the wrong order and I have never had warm fries from these people, always cold. Just terrible all the way around :(

Looks dirty and sketchy from outside and it's not much better where you order but the food was quick, hot and tasted fine. Don't think you can sit in but it's good if you need to eat somewhere cheaper.

The McDonald's app was broken and none of the staff knew how to assist or resolve this issue. We waited 90 minutes for our order! I found the order in my emails and the staff was able to replicate this. The lead worker kept insisting we weren't charged - even after I showed her my banking details. Prior to Providing assistance staff needs to understand what the issue is instead of brushing us off! Waiting over an hour for our food is unacceptable. Do better, McDonald's!
