Normal McDonald's, but in a pretty rough neighborhood. Food is consistent with what you expect. The Place was clean, but a lot of indigent folks hanging around. Lock your car and make sure nothing is left inside it.

McDonald's is jest as awesome as usual. EVERYTHING served by McDonald's is served hot and super fresh! It might seem redundant to actually recommend the timeless classic to anyone, but I just know I have to!! Eat McDonald's at whenever you can! The dining room is always meticulous and shiny clean, and if you can't join in for the sit-down meal experience, the drive-thru is available too. And it is open to use early every morning for that long, long morning commute. Hahaha! So, don't forget to stop in for your lunch hour or even later for dinner, with those close ones. And remember, that it will be McDonald's, and for every occasion, too! HAVE A NICE DAY! 😆
Parking: At this 'drive-in' you just pull it in to park it, while you go in to dine on your just supper. Of course!, And please do enjoy your food, y'all!!, Because you will remember the McDonald's experience more than you will this message to you. Subject: Complaint Regarding Denial of Restroom Access During an Emergency
Dear McDonald’s Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant situation that occurred at your restaurant located at 345 Bayshore Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94124, on January 24, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
I had an urgent need to use the restroom and asked the staff for the code. However, I was denied access because I had not made a purchase. I explained that I am not homeless and that I work for Amazon, as evidenced by my Amazon work uniform. Despite this, I was still denied access and told to purchase something in order to obtain the code.
This experience was extremely humiliating. I understand that the restaurant has the right to enforce certain policies, but in this situation, the staff could have shown basic understanding and compassion for my emergency.
I kindly request that you review this incident and provide your staff with training to handle such situations more thoughtfully. Incidents like this damage the reputation of a company that prides itself on being customer-focused.
I hope you understand my concern and take appropriate action.

McDonald's is terrible. There is a persistent smell of faeces in the bluntlet. When ordering with moba, they did not give napkins and did not offer them. There are no milk shake tubes. You can't buy coffee, because Ashina's coffee doesn't work for a week.

Waited here while my car got repaired. Homeless man outside holding the door open asking for money, another homeless person sitting in a booth trying on wigs and makeup, another homeless person sitting in a wheelchair passed out in front of the ordering counter... I couldn't look any longer so I went to a window and looked outside. Saw two men force mate their dogs in the alley.

I ordered the chicken big Mac and was very disappointed. I knew there would be 3 layers of bun. The commercials of the sandwich looked delicious. The chicken tastes closer to a large flat chicken nugget. I recommend the grilled or crispy chicken deluxe instead. It's a much tastier choice.
Kid-friendliness: McDonald's has always been kid friendly.
They only want to speak English, and they don't let you place an order calmly, they want everything quickly. Bad service ?

It's pretty good to be honest but loud, due to all the high Schoolers and middle schoolers. You get your food and they usually keep to themselves but it's hard to hear yourself at times. Good, clean bathrooms but oftentimes smells like weed or other drugs.
Kid-friendliness: Would not recommend it for a kid but you could if you really need or want to.
