I got the big breakfast and it was a bit too big. It did lack a bit of flavor but looks really creative. I would also say that the avocado smash looks so good but was too small lol. The atmosphere makes up for it. It is a beautiful Bohemian minimalist interior with gold rim lights with iconic egg lights. My go-to whenever I’m in SF. McTeague’s has excellent atmosphere, all the best beers, and the best music in any bar, anywhere. The bartenders have always been straight shooters too. You can’t beat McTeague’s!
