Pricey but authentic.

Ordered online for garlic lamb and a side of plain rice, walked to pick up the food. Service and communication was perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more! Rice was great, price was great. Garlic lamb was good but if only they had use fresh garlic then the rating would be thru the roof. Definitely one of the top Indian places in SF in my opinion. Can't wait to try other dishes they have to offer. Pro tip: if you go there in person during weekday lunch hour the food is super affordable (~$8) for a lunch box.

- Not a very fancy restaurant but beats all other Indian restaurants in taste in SF! Best North Indian restaurant I've tried in SF. Really good breads and curries(veg)! Breads are very big in size.- place is always very clean!

The sauces are wonderful. Except in the Prawns curry they could have been ground as was picking twigs out of my mouth. This was supposed to be jumbo tiger prawns. This was shrimp and extremely over cooked or day old shrimp. The other dish we had Lamb Rumwala was okay the sauce very similar to the shrimp sauce was expecting it to be richer in flavor. The lamb was overcooked close to being chewy. I will give it another try maybe it was a bad week. The sauces have flavor so there is hope.Very clean and the decor is very nice.

Very friendly and quick. Lunch specials are a great option however I really wish they would have given just a little more of the entree. Still tasted great, will be back to try

Overall the food was okay, and price was reasonable. But they add a service charge and just say the total amount (if you do not ask for a breakdown), which can be a bit confusing. So the total cost is food + tax + service charge + tips (if you want to add).

Pretty good lunch spot. Tasty food served quickly by a very friendly server. Lamb korma was good with an ample portion of meat, some pieces were a little dry.

We came here randomly because it was one of the very few restaurants still opened after 9:00pm. The owners are super nice and welcoming, food was delicious, prices are incredibly affordable for the quality delivered. Strongly recommended.

I’ve been coming here for lunch for years now working in downtown. Their lunch bowls are a perfect portion and if I’m feeling a little extra hungry I’ll add naan. For $7-$8, this is the most fairly priced lunch you’ll find in the city and I’ll continue coming here most days of the week just for the price. If you’re paying by card be prepared to pay and extra $1-$2, which is why I only started pulling cash out for grabbing lunch here. The food is super tasty and I like to do half and half to be able to try all the items on their daily menu.
