Spicy vegan miso ramen had so much depth of flavor. Noodles were firm, soy meat was yummy

Had to get up from my table and leave... The cook with all the jewelry on that was making the food kept picking his nose like he was digging for gold... Pretty sick
Food was good..
Services was poor they can do better … look like she’s forced to work here… my first experience was so good with the Japanese waitress ..
They don’t ask for anything not even Water …

I use to come here for lunch and this place is one of my favorite places to eat.Now they change the waiter, waitress. The waiter is kind of rude young guy and mean looks. Whenever you order, he gives u the looks.
He didn’t even bother to ask what you need water or not. Only come back for check.
I like the last waitress who is Japanese and kind.
Not sure what happened here. Only Good thing about thus restaurants >> food is still tasty. 😋

One of the absolute best vegan ramen in SF (the vegan shoyu). Pictured here is the vegan creamy, half eaten, which apparently was also really good.

Just sharing my personal experience — I’m not a ramen expert by any means, but this spot didn’t quite hit the mark for me. What threw me off was watching my ramen being taken out of a plastic Tupperware from the freezer, then placed (plastic and all) into boiling water before being mixed into the broth. Maybe that’s how it’s done here, but seeing it prepared that way made it hard to enjoy my bowl.
From the time we ordered, it took about 33 minutes to get our food. We were the first party to arrive after opening, and oddly enough, the last to be served—even though there were only three parties total. Not a huge deal, I get that different dishes come out at different times.
The broth itself was rich and creamy, but the meat tasted like it had been frozen and reheated—possibly more than once. I’ve definitely had better ramen elsewhere, but it did satisfy the craving for the day. We ordered three bowls and a shrimp tempura appetizer, and our total came out to about $100.(top included)
The place felt a little run-down and not very clean for being the first customers of the day. The bathroom wasn’t very ckean, and while the staff seemed to be doing their best, the service felt a bit off.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this as a go-to ramen spot, but if you’re nearby, really craving ramen, and not too picky—it might do the job.

Very mid ramen. Service is fine and friendly. But the ramen itself is not up to par compared to other places in the city. The effort put into preparation, presentation and taste is not there. Since ramen prices are mostly similar across restaurants, I’d recommend going somewhere else that takes their art more seriously.
Strange atmosphere and fairly terrible service overall. A lot of hand holding was needed but eventually things started moving along. Not as gluten friendly as advertised.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday here.
Honestly I didn’t even get the ramen but the chicken katsu was genuinely the best that I’ve had in the bay. Curry was amazing as well. Plus they handed out free drink samples!

Bad ramen, don't bother. Ramen might have been good once upon a time, but I just paid 18$ before tax and tip for ramen that would be considered mediocre in Berlin, where I live. Meat is dry and feels cheap, bamboo shoots were not good, really none of the ingredients were particularly good (except the egg that was decent). No reason to bother coming here, check out ramenwell or taishoken for good ramen.

Wow! This is the best ramen I have had in SF. Their vegan Ramen is especially fantastic and they have a lot of options. Don’t miss this spot!

Got the vegan miso spicy ramen and vegan tuna salad and literally both were sooooo good!!! Vegan tuna was delicious - as a vegetarian, I’ve always wondered what fish tastes like so really happy they had it and per my friends who eat fish, it was pretty close to the actual tuna. The owner is the sweetest and came to check in many times ☺️ We sat outdoors and despite it being a chilly and windy day, we felt so comfortable because of very effective heating! Highly recommend checking this place out :)

There's much better ramen in SF (like Mensho & Hinodeya). Service was great, ramen was not good. Added mustard greens to my ramen, and they were obviously canned. Spinach was cold.
