Update 2/2025 - we’ve been coming here since it was Orenchi Beyond and the quality of food and has taken a significant nose dive.
I ordered the special scallop ramen which was good but the shrimp had a weird freezer taste. My wife ordered the standard salt ramen and the soup tasted bad and the pork “chashu” came out looking like this. It tasted old and ruined the soup flavor.
We did let our server know and she gave us a 15% discount which was appreciated.

Awesome vegan options! I had the vegan creamy ramen and it was delicious

Probably one of the best ramens I had in my life. The flavor was spot on, the pork meat was really tender and the egg was in its perfect cooking point.
The ambient was nice, not too loud so you could enjoy dinner.

I eat a lot of pho so I thought I'd give this place a shot and I was impressed. It's Japanese ramen. It ain't pho exactly but it was very good and very different. I'll have to go back and get more familiar.

Came here on Sunday night. The food was DELICIOUS and homey and the service was amazing! There was one server, bussing, waiting, and seating tables and she crushed it. Would definitely come back and recommend if you’re looking for Ramen. We loved the shishito peppers and hamachi apps. I came here for the GF noodles and they did not disappoint.

I had to wait nearly an hour, and there was only one server handling everything during the busy hour. The ramen was way too salty, so much so that I couldn’t even finish the soup. I usually enjoy salty food, but this was on a whole other level of saltiness.

Ramen house that has the decor of a "shitamachi" izakaya. Lots of vegetarian options. One appetizer that stands out is the yuzu miso eggplant. So tasty.

I doordashed so cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. But their packaging was quite unique. They even had an instructions card with it which felt like a really nice personal touch! The miso broth was definitely one of the best I have had. I would surely try more from this place!

Great ramen spot to stop into. They make it pretty mild (ordered spicy miso and it didn't feel like any spice was involved, even as someone sensitive to it at times). Staff are good and environment is no frills but still has a nice touch to it. Cool tables for photos if you're into food pics

We are picky about our Ramen, with only a few places really making the cut but I think this is one of them.
At first I was bummed they werent curly noodles but they ended up being handmade which definitly makes up for it. They had a great bite to them and good flavor as well.
The vegan option was great and the broth was rich and worked well with the vegetables.
The atmosphere was pretty spot on as well. A great view of the kitchen from almost anywhere, with spray paint art lining the walls and big windows and ceilings. They had a projector playing anime but it wasn't too distracting if you didn't want to watch it.
The service was the only thing that could have used a bit more. They were friendly but we had to ask for stuff like water, Ramen spoons, and other stuff a few times. I'm sure they are busy so I don't fault them.
Overall a great place for some Ramen.

Very below-average overall.
Pros: Spicy karaage ($9) - tasty and good portion. Cool artwork.
Meh: Shoyu ramen ($17) - just okay. Too soy-forward and pork was too tough to chew. The service was lackadaisical.
Cons: Both restrooms out of service (!!). Bugs flying around. No music for the customers, but you have to listen to the reggaeton from the kitchen. Location not ideal - sketchy characters right outside.

One of my favorite ramen spots in the city, but they got rid of the Black garlic Ramen for some reason which made them unique to other spots. Not sure why they did that but I don’t go nearly as much.

The decoration of the restaurant showed a very strong Japanese vibe. The noodles were good, and the soup was ok but lack of depth and authenticity.
Overall, I’d say it was not bad for a ramen adjusted to fit the American flavors.

Got the ramen, vegan ramen, chicken, yakisoba. Everything was very good. The Yakisoba was the best I’ve had in SF. Reminds me of the little teriyaki spots in Seattle. Looking forward to trying more.
