Tried this restaurant on a trip to san fran, coming from the east coast in nc I have to say this is an awesome peruvian spot!! Food and vibe very authentic. Definitely try the lomo saltado, best I've ever had. Service was great. Friendly staff and just a great experience overall. I will for sure make this part of my itinerary for the next time I come around.

I ordered tallarines verdes , arroz chaufa , anticuchos and 2 empanadas and tbh it didn’t feel it like it was fresh the rice taste it old and the meat was over seasoned , the gave us PICO DE GALLO (Mexican salsa) con the empanadas which is something new , The pico de gallo taste old and idk if they try to cover it with the spices empanadas either comes with salsa Criolla or crema .
Sorry but as a Peruvian it didn’t feel like MY LINDO PERU .

The food was exquisite. I’m Peruvian, I’ve been in the US for more than 8 years and this is by far the best Peruvian place I’ve been to in the US. Really glad I ran into this place. The waiter was very attentive and kind too!

My family and I have been coming here for years and we love the food, especially the Lomo Saltado and Ceviche. The lomo is tasty with lots of sauce that I like to mix with the rice. The portion is generous and reasonably priced. The fish in the ceviche is fresh and the sauce perfectly complements the dish. The owner is friendly and the service is great. I highly recommend this restaurant for excellent Peruvian cuisine.

We dined at this peruvian restaurant as a family with the hopes it would reflect the culinary excellence my country of origin provides for this wonderful city. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The so called food, lacked the authenticity and the flavors and freshness we were expecting as peruvian people with much background in this culinarily realm. Several dishes were bland and underwhelming. To make matters worse, we noticed discrepancies in our bill, a 25% CHARGE ON TAXES... unjustifiable, treachery at its finest, especially for the regulars that come around this establishment. We value supporting peruvian establishments, but this was a straightforward let down. I genuinely hope they take feedback from my comment here today, and improve their ethics, quality, and their integrity of their billing practices specifically.

Do not come. They scam and include $10 dollar tip under the “taxes” section. They systematically do this and I confirmed this by their attitude when I exposed them. The food is BELOW average. Avoid them at all cost.

The service was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the food didn’t live up to expectations. The ceviche wasn’t fresh, and overall the dishes were disappointing and overpriced. Not likely to return.
