Nice little snack shop in the Federal Building. In town trying to get passport renewed and the guard directed me to the 10th floor to this snack shop because the rest of the cafes in the building were closed in the afternoon. They had a great selection of snacks and really decent coffee! It's cash only, so be prepared.
