The candy wasn’t good and was really expensive. Got chocolates that were expired and gummy candies that tasted like chewing on a Polly pocket’s shoe. The kid working there was somewhat unpleasant
The best place to get cake and candy in the city. I am obsessed with their Turkish delight and black licorice. Christmas isn’t the same without their bûche de Noël. And their cookies are insanely good.
Stop in the store to purchase some macaroons to mail for Valentine’s Day, and was told that it wasn’t going to happen because you can’t ship them because of the pasty cream. So I went on line and found them, where I could not only buy them online and they would be ship to anywhere I wanted. I will not be going back there to do business again. I found that the attitude was unacceptable. There was a guy and a girl the store , the guy was very nice and wasn’t sure m that’s when it went sideways and I was told NO WAY THAT THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. So I will not returning to this store.
Sunyna was so great! She ran my inscribed lemon debutante cake out to my car to avoid me parking illegally! So kind and got it to me one day early so I can fly it out to nyc. My family LOVES these cakes and there aren’t any as good in NYC!!!
This is such a cute candy shop with a nice assortment of baked goods, namely macrons and cupcakes. The macrons are so sizeable and not artificial and a cute little treat. The candy selection is great and they have a large selection, including hard to find candies from abroad. The vibe makes it a must stop!

Candy is DELICIOUS but overpriced and the service is not great.
Walking through Hayes Valley, I discovered Miette, a great spot for dessert lovers. They were selling macarons and it was their happy hour, so I took advantage of it. I tried the hazelnut, pistachio, and dulce de leche macarons, and they were all delicious. The staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be back for more macarons.

Cute little place, but terrible service from the cashier. There was dust on the frosting of the cupcake. The gummy candy was hard and chewy. The macarons were bad.

The service is terrible. Not only is it slow, the person behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me and went on to slowly box four cupcakes for the person in front of me. This is specifically for the Hayes Valley store. Never had this problem in any other location.

Great candy selection and very kind service
I ordered a birthday cake from here today and it was so dry it was almost inedible. Everyone commented on how bad it was. For 85$ I was pretty disappointed and won’t come here again. If you need a a special occasion cake don’t get it here.
