Mikkeller was recommended by my Danish friends, it is a Danish brand, hence the Danish cartoon and industrial decorations. Always good beers, I love sour beers, so this is my happy place. Burgers and fries are always good with beer drinking. Prices are fair. The location is so central, that makes Mikkeller a good place for after work drink, quick bite when visiting from out of town, or friends get-together, as they have some large tables to commentate. I go to Mikkeller whenever I feel like it, and I feel like it a lot.

So happy to see Mikkeller open again. It's always been a great place to hang out after work. The selection of beers are extensive and everyone will find something they enjoy. You need to try the sausage platter, make sure you have someone to share it with.

We visited this place due to good reviews and were quite disappointed. Most of the beers run out and there were only couple to chose from. Also don't get fooled by the closing time cause the staff might tell you that they are closing early and you have to leave.At least beer was tasty.

Love the beer selection, the bites, and the vibe. This place is one of the reasons I keep staying in this neighborhood when I visit SF. It's a great place to meet up with friends, or to sit at the bar at off-peak times and read a book over a great draft beer and a tasty snack. I love that the menu lists all the beers by serving temperature, and then also has a brief description of each one; and the industrial-chic decor still manages to be welcoming.

Great selection of beers in a chilled out location , nice food served, if you like your beer this is a place to come they have a great selection on tap and in bottles/cans.i will visit here again and recommend it to friends and family

Nice bar with a wide range of beers.But honestly, one employers was realy unfriendly and the attitude from the girl at the bar was unbelievable rude.We were shocked after leavin.
We visited on a March evening and found plenty of seating and great service. Huge selection of beers on tap and a good food menu too. Staff very helpful and willing to explain about the different beers.

I went here yesterday with friends who have been before and had good things to say. I don't know if something had happened earlier that day, but the service we received was very poor and each of the three workers I interacted with were shockingly rude. Additionally, many of beers had run out. We were all very disappointed and will not be coming back again.

Nice friendly bar with a great selection of craft beers. Went for a German Wheat beer and it was lovely!Food is recommended also. Went for burger and chip which was well cooked and delicious.Staff were very attentive and always around when your glass was nearly empty ?

Fantastic bartender guided me through their expansive beer list, made me feel very welcome and introduced me to my new favorite artery blocking snack, bacon wrapped deep fried bratwurst bites.I highly recommend this place and my only regret is not getting my bartenders name so I could send the restaurant a thankful email about them.
